Shred Ace

We had a great experience with Shred Ace. It couldn't have been simpler. We had about 10 trash bags full of old records that we didn't want to just put in the trash so I called ShredAce on Monday and they came on Tuesday. ShredAce came in their truck and in 10 minutes it was all gone. Couldn't have been easier. And everyone I dealt with there was really great, especially Jose the truck driver. I will definitely call them again.

A great shredding experience from Matt in the office and Jonathan in the field. Got a good quote and scheduling was fast and easy. Jonathan was extremely courteous as well as conscientious, shredded everything quickly and completely, and then was gone in a flash. Nothing beats this kind of good customer experience. For customer service and the quickness with which the POC for Shred Ace (Eric Nussbaumer)responded and answered my call when I was searching for a quote, deserves a 5 stars. He then followed up and forwarded me an email explaining the quote parameters within minutes of my call, which was very helpful. From our conversation and the quote in the email he forwarded, this place uses a cross shredder, which is more secured.

I expect just as excellent and timely service during the shredding process.

I love it when I am so excited by a company's fantastic service, so it is so easy to give Shred Ace 5 stars.

They were able to come out on short notice and we had many more boxes than I had initially estimated, but our 90 boxes or so were gobbled up by their cool shredder in no time (I was so fascinated by the screen that allows you to watch the container go up and then dumped over and into the shredder).

Our conference room went from looking like an episode of "Hoarders" to being ready for a deep cleaning. Thanks Shred Ace!

Excellent service; on time, very efficient.

Shred Ace, was my hero this week. The company we currently have a contract with has awful customer service and they are always behind on their schedule. However, from the moment I called Shred Ace, the representative was very professional and polite. She assisted me right away and put me on their schedule for the date I requested. It was so last minute that I was surprised at how easy it was to schedule with them.

The person that came to service our bins was also professional and polite. He was on time and was helpful. Additionally, within 30 minutes of the service I received an email which included the invoice. This was so easy for me! It was a pleasure dealing with Shred Ace overall. I wish we found this company sooner and didn't have a 60 month contract with another company (no need to mention). I highly recommend Shred Ace!

If you want peace of mind and would like to have old receipts, documents, paystubs, and/or other sensitive information shredded, I would recommend Shred Ace. Their truck will come to you (which is a plus) and shred documents, hard drives, media all while you watch. They were right on time as well. Great service! Thanks!

A great experience! I requested a quote online and got a response within a few minutes. We scheduled my shred. The rep called to let me know where he was. He showed up on time and was wonderful! The final price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!!

We were looking for shredding ASAP and Shred Ace was the only local company that gave us flat rates immediately. The others you had to email or wait for a phone call, some phoned me back two or three days later. We were able to set up an appointment in just a few minutes via email and then my job was done.

I called to confirm our appointment and was told they will come during a window of time and they were very much on the earlier end of the spectrum which was great. A very nice worker came by with a bin to dump our documents in which worked well for everyone - we kept the boxes and he was out of the office in less than five minutes. He took the documents down and destroyed them immediately and we could go back to our work day.

I highly recommend these shredders and I am leaving a note with our company to make sure we continue to use them for our annual shreds.
