There are only two options; Buffalo cauliflower minus the blue cheese and Al Pastor Cauliflower Marinated Cauliflower Florets, Chipotle Cream, Pineapple Salsa minus the chipotle cream.

The food never disappoints with the freshest ingredients. Drinks are ice cold and refreshing!

Close to the beach, so the perfect place to stop on your way to the beach, or when you come back from a snorkel or kayak tour. Plenty of seating, open air, and again, the best service and food!
Rain or sunshine, this place NEVER disappoints!

* plenty of seating (bar, inside tables, outside tables)
* fish & chips - so, so good!
* wahoo bowl - refreshing and light
* taco trio - you can't go wrong...especially with the veggie tacos!
* shore rider burger - a classic you don't want to miss out on!
* chicken sandwich - a must have if you don't feel like having a burger
* great beer selection
* cocktails - happy hour and Pint Nite every Thursday
* taco Tuesdays - just do it!
* white sangria tastes like juice and will make you feel some kind of way!

We were soaking wet and in our swimsuits and had sand on our toes and this place welcomed us and poured us a beer. Been coming back ever since! Used to live down the street and now we make the 20-25 minute drive to visit Shore Rider!
Excellent location with friendly & attentive staff! My glass is never empty when I sit at the bar. Joe, Lauren, Casey and Alex are awesome! They take the time to get to know their regular customers. Alex makes the best spicy Bloody Mary's!
This place is dog and kid friendly! They now have their liquor license which is super awesome! They have frozen rose, and margaritas and I believe they are starting to rotate their frozen alcoholic beverages.
BEST CHEESEBURGER & FISH AND CHIPS IN TOWN! We have also dabbled in the nachos (yum! And a huge serving), and the wahoo bowl, which was light and delicious.
Anytime we have family or friends in town, we always make sure to bring them to Shore Rider for delicious food, cold drink and exceptional customer service!

Evan C.San Diego, CA33815Nov 18, 2023Bottom Line: A fun place to enjoy an evening, with good local brews and good quality food. Though the fish and chips I got were a little skimpy on side, there were a ton of fries and they made an exception for my wife's desire for a side salad.
The Good: Easy going atmosphere, lots of places to sit, simple ordering, quick service, lots of local breweries, good quality of food and well made.
The Bad: small portion sizes for price.

Just a cute place!!! Super spacious that you can enjoy outdoor and indoor.
There's lot of option for food delicious Mexican food~ I got the Baja fish taco and cauliflower buffalo. Taco was delicious!!! Yummy!!! I think I can eat like ten of them hahahah ~~ it's was crispy and fluffy fish with yummy pineapple salsa~ I love their tortilla chips!!! Crispy but slight touch of sea salt but their salsa that came with the taco it was delicious! I wish I can purchase a bottle of that!!! The cauliflower was good but it was super super salty~~ that I would skip! Everyone there is super sweet, our server was attentive and brought me extra chips because I loved it so much! I would definitely recommend this spot! It's in a perfect location ~ enjoy people watching and eat yummy Mexican food! Hope you enjoy this delicious cute spot

This was a nice spot to stop for a family lunch. (Yes! They have a kids menu!) It's all open air, but there is both patio and covered seating availed including seats at the bar. Our server was very nice and everyone in the fam enjoyed what they ordered. Would definitely go back.

Also the amount of shrimp they put in my taco was great they were all falling out so nice that they really stuff it with the shrimp! Waitress was friendly and recommended the guava margarita and it was literally the best one I've ever had! So highly recommend coming here especially if your out of town(:

La Jolla shore gas so many restaurants, shore riders food items are pretty good!
Perfect place for quick bites and drinks after snorkeling at the beach!
