Such a pleasant yummy experience to dine here as a GF person! They have a gluten free menu which is SO helpful and it actually has a lot on it. I think they also have other allergen menus.

I ordered a sushi roll and the chicken & shrimp hibachi. Both were amazing!! Small note I wish they fried the rice with the hibachi but it was great nonetheless. Something else I also appreciated was that many (at least 4 including hibachi) of their sauces were GF. I often feel like I'm missing out on japanese sauces when eating out so I was really happy about this.

Server was attentive and super nice. Definitely coming back here whenever I am in town. :)

I visited the place last evening with family of four and was bitterly disappointed with the service. It was (DMV Sloth slow- Zootopia reference) and the lady who took our order and served us sounded very tired like she had finished running a marathon prior to that.

My son wanted to try the Sushi but I wanted to feed the rest of the family dinner since they had extensive non - sushi menus splayed on the table. We ordered some Japanese fried rice. My wife was able to take a few mouthfuls then said it was too salty to eat!

To round up our less than stellar experience they presented us with the wrong bill (some other table had ordered pancakes and other items that didn't look familiar).

We spent $50 and even left a tip. But I wouldn't recommend the place for anything other than Sushi ( I am not knowledgeable about hard drinks they serve as I am a non alcohol drinker). Have fun and visit the restaurant with these reminders/alerts in mind! Maybe your experience would be better than mine! Good luck and Bon Appétit!!

Great sushi in a comfortable environment with attentive service. Shogun is a go to choice for our family and we are always pleased with our selections. Golden Dream and Delmar Roll are our favorites and we often try the specials as well.

On the Main Street of Delmar near the Irish pub. The food is very fresh, and consistently good. The staff are friendly and they offer outdoor seating. Finding this place for lunch is a bliss, so much food for a good price.

Fav sushi around Albany/Delmar, my job orders here often & they have $10 bento boxes for lunch

Always reliably fun and delicious-we ho there regularly for food I'd never be able to do justice to.

We love coming here for lunch. They have " lunch boxes" that are just the right size and you get a little bit of everything. The sushi is amazing, too

Delicious! My favorite place to grab sushi and salad: eating in or taking to go. Everyone is very friendly and I never have to wait a long time.

Good stuff on the rolls and some of the specials. Sesame good as well so you can order both types of food confidently

Ate here recently and had to send multiple dishes back. We were served uncooked noodles that tasted worse than canned Spaghettios. Sent it back, then served another dish with dirty shrimp that wasn't deveined and was completely over cooked. We didn't get one dish there that was edible. Wait staff was incredibly rude and unattentive. Dishes had old food stuck to them. Left absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I'll go to McDonald's before I eat here again. Shame on you, Shogun.
