This place is serious about their BBQ. First rate, worth the trip, but get there early, when we visited for a late lunch, they had sold out of pork by 2:00 or so. We ended up eating there three times in a week..

I come here every time I'm in Picayune. Everything I've ever ordered here had been outstanding. Talk to the owners and you'll know they take pride in what they provide. Just tried a sample of his new stuffed mushroom and it is killer! Just be sure not to show up too late because they sell out quick!

Fantastic BBQ !! The smoked green beans and "pork & Mac" are the best sides going. Don't let the 3 $$$ signs fool you, lunch is less than $9.
If you're wearing your big boy pants, try the 3 Little Pigs sandwich.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jami Q T.Redmond, WA4294Mar 2, 2016
Ribs and brisket were amazing and we liked the green beans and potato salad. If we ordered again, we wouldn't get the mac n' cheese, but that's just our opinion.

The pulled pork is the best to be had in this area. The ribs are very good and their sides are very enjoyable, but occasionally the green beans and the greens are a tad salty. My one real complaint is that the brisket occasionally contains too much fat with the meat. Were it not for that I would give them 5 stars. Their sauces are very tasty.

Good Q, !
Unpretentious, forget the trappings, that's not what I'm looking for when going after good Q. Brisket, ribs, and pulled pork on a bun with slaw side.
1/2 rack of St Louis style were meaty, with a nice rub, smoky, tender enough, but not falling off the bone (this is how they should be).
The brisket was tender, full flavor of beef, rub, and smoke. Turned left over into a very good hash for 2 fried eggs the next morning.
Pulled pork sandwich was a hefty amount which seemed to be formed into a patty shape. Didn't encounter any gristle or fat, just good seasoned pork between a bun.
Sweet daddy's BBQ sauce and other house made.
Slaw was mayo base but not too sweet or heavy.

Finally happened upon them open and eagerly drove thru to order 3 BBQ pork sandwiches $5 ea and 2 drinks $2 ea for a total of just over $20. Pricey! Even more disappointing was the small amount of meat on the bun less than 1/4#! Darn near $24 per pound!!! NEVER again.
