      For the price, I guess I expected better. The "corner" room was pretty small and had a SUPER narrow little hallway leading to the door, which was a bit problematic to navigate with a wheelchair.

      The room was clean, the bathroom sparkling. Quiet, overall. Seems like a place this pricey should include some sort of breakfast, but they mostly were interested in pushing their overpriced restaurant.

      For just one night it was fine. Just... not as nice as I thought it would be.

      Sheraton Bellevue gets a 3.5 stars from me.

      It's honestly a decent hotel, but lacking some things. We didn't have a fridge in our room and when we asked why, the staff told us they were renovating. We asked for a bottle opener, but they couldn't find one for us in the entire hotel. They even said they tried to get one from the restaurant just outside and they didn't have one either, which is bizarre to me.

      Some good points though was the customer service and the free parking. Check in was fast and anytime we asked the staff anything, we were always greeted with smiles. I like the whole nautical theme of this Sheraton as well, makes it somewhat fun.

      We checked in 5/25/19 at the Bellevue Sheraton over Memorial Day Weekend and was there for two nights.

      I was surprised to see that our room was not made-up by the housekeeper on 5/26/19. When we had left our room in the morning we saw the housekeeper across from us (with eye contact) while she was cleaning the other room and also having a conversation with one of the neighbors from the hallway in regards to an incident they had with their room not cleaned the day prior (like our room). On the door, we have received a blank "green choice voucher" card which we thought was strange. Noted that we didn't put any signs on our outside door for that type of request. We didn't come back to our room until 7:30pm that evening while expecting our room to be cleaned and made-up. To our surprise, our room was untouched; which Bellevue Sheraton should have zero excuses to not clean our room!

      I made a compliant immediately to the front desk and spoke with Julia (on the phone); which sad to say - she have provided bad customer service! I explained my situation with the room and also told her what I saw with some drama with our neighbor and the housekeeper in regards to the same problem. She rudely commented saying "there is no drama here" and she would send a guy up to clean our room. Instead, she sent a lady named Wing (friendly lady by the way) - who provided us bathroom amenities but did not offer to clean our room. Wing told me that there was a lack of staff at the hotel and that she was assisting the front desk. She is also a part time employee. She also stated that if I called in around 5:30pm there would of been a housekeeper to clean our room but during this time (that late at night) there was no one available to clean our room. I was under the impression that she was NOT the housekeeper by how she was communicating to us.

      The next morning, I spoke with Meghan who was the manager "on duty" at the front desk. Even though it was already too late to assist on this matter because we had to check out that day; she have provided a generous 25% discount refund towards our hotel due to the bad service (much appreciated by the way!). I thought that was great customer service from her after what we went through. For some reason after I had described the issue; she told me that Wing was supposed to clean our room and was the housekeeper "on duty" that night. The fact that she made it seem like she wasn't was really strange and sketched.

      I told Meghan that we've never had issues with Sheraton from previous stays nation/worldwide during any of our travels and it was very unfortunate to take part on this bad service on front desk Julia and housekeeping. We've always had such great experiences except for this time at the Bellevue Sheraton Hotel. Hopefully, this will be a good feedback to use for their current team on board to avoid having the same problems again.

      Fantastic stay!

      The customer service was top-notch. We arrived in town a little early and called ahead to see if we could check in a half hour early. No problem! We also received a complimentary late check-out. I'm sure things would have been different had it been a busy weekend, but I really appreciate the flexibility they had when they had the opportunity. We had one maintenance issue in the room during our stay and they sent someone up immediately. Within 3 minutes the maintenance tech had arrived. Couldn't ask for faster service!

      The room itself was spacious and clean. I've always been a fan of the Sheraton mattress and this one did not disappoint! The air conditioning was ice-cold too. Our room overlooked the freeway yet it was completely quiet. They clearly went to great lengths to insulate the rooms from any freeway noise.

      Their fitness room is well-appointed, spacious and sparkling clean. It had everything needed for whatever workout you prefer. There were enough free weights, cardio machines, and floor mats to accommodate a busy gym session. They also offer water and fruit in the gym, which I thought was a nice touch.

      We will absolutely stay here next time we're in the Seattle area.

      I am visiting Seattle and thought I check his place out that is 20 min away from Downtown Seattle, so I didn't have to pay for parking in downtown Seattle you will save around $ 50-$100 bucks in parking. When I checked in on Friday the staff was really nice, they have a Starwood program so I would recommend that before you come. They were nice enough to give me an extended check out of 1:30 pm so winner for us to relax befor our flight out, the king size bed is really comfortable and pretty big size room, the one thing I didn't care for our the lotion and shampoo, felt it needed to be a better brand, but if you get to go to the club Sheraton it's great cuz u get free breakfast from 7-10 am and also free coffee and tea from Starbucks they have an amazing coffee machine that makes macchiatos and lattes... Saves me money here tooo, thanks again for making me have a home away from home.

      The TV is locked against HDMI cables. We tried calling the front desk and the engineer didn't know anything about it. The remote is off-brand, purposely doesn't have any buttons to change inputs or sources, and there are no phone cables to disconnect in the back of the TV. The on-demand movies cost more than just going to a theater. If you try to settle for cable there isn't a proper TV guide that tells you what's playing right now.

      Then there's this "Green Option". It sounds good, like you'll be saving water by not washing your sheets and towels every night. But other hotels do that by just leaving a card on your bed linens and hanging up your towels. All this "green option" does is let the hotel cut the hours of its housekeeping staff by not making your bed or refilling your coffee.

      Greedy and uninviting. The shuttle around Bellevue doesn't make up for everything they put you through. I won't be staying with Sheraton ever again.

      This hotel isn't flashy or fancy but is a great value for the price.

      We stayed one night on our way from the Seattle airport to Vancouver. Our flight in from Cali was pretty late so we needed someplace to stay near Seattle before heading to Canada. The Sheraton is right off the highway and has tons of free parking which was a big plus for us. Staff are super friendly especially those manning the Club Lounge on the top floor. Our room was fine with a comfy bed and traditional layout. One slightly negative was that the shower curtain turned out to be slightly too short causing a bunch of water to drain onto our bathroom floor.

      The Club Lounge has a great breakfast complete with eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, and french toast.

      Only other negative thing to say about the hotel was the fitness room which is pretty bare bones. Overall we had a great stay here and i'd definitely stop by again if I end up doing the same Seattle/Vancouver drive.

      I stayed at this hotel every week for work for the past 6 months. The hotel is good but what takes it to the next level is the front desk.Every single person in the morning and in the afternoon shift is amazing! I got sick and the shuttle took me to urgent care. I came back to my room with a note and a cake to feel better waiting for me. If this is not customer service at its highest I don't know what else is... forget about four season that the know you by name.. these people REALLY KNOW YOU... thank you guys

      Very impressed with this place. You could tell they were striving for a very modern and upscale experience. I was told they had remodeled a few years ago and it definitely showed. Everything was Modern to the touch and exactly what we needed! Friend was in town and he put us up in a hotel room for the night while we explore the area. There were plugins everywhere for our electronics and lots of little touches here and there for our convenience. Also appreciated the Starwood Club level with the appetizers and breakfast. Very high quality stuff with a great experience included. Would definitely stay here again!

      This is my go to hotel when I need a little vacation. I was drawn by the Sheraton name and I was not disappointed. Sumita at check-in remembers me every time I walk in and is always friendly and helpful. It always helps to feel welcomed when away from home. They also don't charge a pet fee and they always have a dog bed and bowls ready when we check in. The rooms are always clean, that's number one on my list. Also be sure to join their rewards program. And I am not affiliated with Marriott (parent company), just a loyal customer!!!
