They told me they change my oil and filter i was asking show me my old filter its end it up they couldn't change my filter because bolt was stuck, and they didn't change oil ‍ why they wanna charge me if they didn't change my oil & filter

Terrible experience here!
I passed my vehicle inspection 6 days ago at Jiffy Lube and unfortunately misplaced the paper.
On a crunch for time before my DMV appointment I came to shell.
I passed my inspection 6 days ago, yet these guys told me I needed to buy a new windshield wiper and would not pass if I didn't.
Scam.
I buy the windshield wiper, pass the inspection and Was charged $47.10.. or so I thought.
I checked my bank account today and there is a charge for $74.10 from Shell.
I still have the receipt that says $47.10
I'm currently on the phone with my bank to get this resolved.
Whoever "Hakam" is, you should seriously be ashamed of yourself, you Bum.

Just there in freeze accepting cash only. Scammed me out of $20.00 on gas Ended up paying 46 dollars for gas and peanuts. SB 26.00. They laughed at me. Refusing credit cards and scamming when they can.

These guys change my oil about a month and a half back, they stripped the nut on the bottom of the oil pan and tightened it way too tight I have to replace the entire oil pan these people are ripoffs they don't know what they're doing. I also try to call to get them on the phone and they don't even answer their phone or when they do they've got color ID in the background and don't answer the phone simply just hang up. World's worst service!

Had to stop and put fuel in my ride. Checking out the area stride.

Nice place and nice folks. However, I would like to tell the jerks that decide the price points on their fuel, to just stick it!

I don't have a car, but I do a lot of business here. Ofttimes when I'm running a little late to wherever I'm going, I'll grab a sandwich from this place - sandwiches that are always fresh.

The staff here are always courteous, and the place is always clean. Too bad Enny no longer works there - she was the best of all of them. However, knowing her, she has most definitely moved on to bigger and better things - more power to her.
