Shef's Pizza

My family have been ordering from Shef's for years until last time. Of course Shef's have many misshaps such as over well done fries, but that was usually corrected. Overly well-done wings when ask not dry, i never order those wings again etc......

One night my hubby call for a delivery with a simple order. He order cheesteak platter with fries. He waited 60 minutes for them to bring a cheesesteak only. He call Shef's back and told them he got a platter. Instead of being apologetic, the counter girl had argued with him that's what he orders. I was right next to him when he orders that platter, and I know he order a platter not the cheesesteak alone. I guess is time to say GOODBYE!!!

P.S. 454_ Shel. was a good customer. We never was rude when we call and we always tip the driver at least $5 even though you guys are like around the corner from us.......

I'm not a huge fan of Pizza, but I ordered from here for a game night and it was really good. Also, I love their wings...like a lot. They have great wings.

Ordered food through the Slice app and after being delivered, but NOT received, they returned the food back to the restaurant INSTEAD of leaving it in front of Ring camera. On top of that, then proceeded to state they WON'T remake OR redeliver my order. I understand the refund was out the window cause they attempted a delivery. They stated because I ordered through the app, they would not authorize remaking my food even for pickup! Now Im made to take a loss of $50 and food!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A RESTAURANT!

Person that answered the phone and took my order was extremely rude.
I ordered a Sicilian pizza, and got what you see in the pictures. I'm not sure what they thought a Sicilian pizza is but that's not it! It was a plain pizza made square instead of round. Didn't taste too great either.

Omg this philly cheesesteak was so good. My mom is normally very picky about her food and even she thought that this was super scrumptious. I got the 2 foot philly cheesesteak. It came with a toasted long roll with generous amounts of steak, cheese, tomato sauce, peppers, onions, mushrooms and salami. I took my first bite and I get why the other reviews were saying that the cheesesteak is amazing. There is a setback which is the long roll may be a bit soggy on the bottom after maybe 5 minutes which is inevitable. The juicy steak may wet it. It is best eaten right after delivery. It was $15.25 for the 2 foot shef's steak and $18.36 after tax and delivery charges.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese burger platter. Food tasted bland, the coleslaw looked uneditable like where is the flavor? Delivery was quick. Rating is average.

Usually love this place and order from there multiple times per month, however today was an experience that definitely proved why I'll never order again. Placed an order on slice at 5:34pm, was alerted to a family emergency so tried to cancel the order at 5:36 since I wouldn't be home to receive the order. I call in at 5:36 (2 minutes after I place order). A girl answered and when I asked to cancel she loudly sighed in my ear then put me on hold.. got back on the phone and rudely told me that no I cannot cancel my order because my 24 wings were almost done (in 2 minutes???) she said they make orders "really fast" (Whenever I order from them my order takes at least an hour to arrive). I confirmed she was saying I cannot cancel my order to which she yells to someone named Max in the background and he loudly agrees that yes, I cannot cancel my order, even tho it was only sent 2 minutes ago.

Thankfully the man at slice customer service cancelled the order over the phone but WOW they are 100% the most rude staff I ever spoke with at any restaurant. I always try to support local but never again with them. Reading other reviews, I see customer service is always horrible with them. I don't know because I typically order thru slice. A shame, why spend money at a place that treats their customers with disrespect?

I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad. The lettuce was fresh, tomatoes was firm and the dressing tasted really good however the grilled chicken was very bland. If it was seasoned with salt and pepper alone that would've been a plus but it had no taste whatsoever.

If I'm in the mood for pizza, a good cheesesteak, tasty wings, and/or some mega fries, the only place I'll order from is Shef's! Their food is always consistently delicious and well-made! My mom comes over from Jersey now just to order the chicken parm sandwich! She says it is the best chicken parm sandwich she's ever had!

I highly recommend ordering from here if you're local, or stopping in to order if you're coming through the neighborhood. I doubt you'll be disappointed!

Best stuff pizza ever. I love their pizza dough and their garlic wings are a hit with me.
