      Geico: Kat and Derek for all your help and thank you to Manny and Joe in the body shop. My car was restored to pre-loss condition. It was also clean and ready to drive on time. I was very impressed with the communication from the Geico and body shop reps. My Kia Optima and I are very happy.

      I am a military veteran and an RN serving veterans at the community hospital.

      I would not recommend this place if time and money are important to you. Since I called for an estimate customer service has been subpar. Employees have been rude. I get the feeling I should be appreciative/thankful for there service despite their lack of compassion customer service. I imagine that most people seeking help here have been involved in an accident.

      Unbelievably disappointed. I dropped off my vehicle for rear bumper repair and to repaint my front bumper on May 20. Was told my vehicle will be ready May 31. Got a call that it will not be ready due to unexpected findings with my front bumper, costs increase, no big deal. Was told to expect it the following week by June 7.

      My insurance company notified me that my car will be ready June 7. Took the day off work to turn in my rental and pick up my car. Called Russell.... additional delay due to parts. I offered to pick the parts up and pay the costs myself. He began to tell me that there are other causes for this delay. He told me to expect my car will be ready Monday June 10.

      Nearing a month I'm wondering how a routine job can have so many unexpected delays. I brought a car here for front bumper work last year sometime. I paid out of pocket. Got my car in the time stated. No delays. It wasn't anything special but I thought to return business.
      Seemingly they are not needing that. My last time here. Hoping this doesn't effect my timeline, workmanship or cost for repairs. But if it happens to I'm kinda at their mercy. Hope this helps someone.

      I got rear ended and the other party's insurance had this shop listed as one of their preferred shop. A pro to this location is that it's 0.3 miles from enterprise which made waiting only 5 minutes for enterprise to pick me up. Russel took care of me and walked me through everything he was going to do and any further estimate, he would tell me. Which is fine because the other party's insurance is paying for my repairs. They communicated via email, text, and phone call which was much appreciated. It took about a week for my repairs to be done which was my original estimation of completion from Russel. I experienced great customer service and would recommend this shop to a friend.

      Customer service was friendly enough/ very polite// however; I brought my car in to be fixed for being rear-ended ( insurance to pay the claim ) and I swear my car paint color has changed!!!

      I brought my car in and it was GREY/off black// when i got my car back 2 weeks later its a deep GREEN!, I had only had the car a few weeks before the accident but I was certain of the color( based on the color or the car I named it Toothless; from How to train your dragon ; a black/grey colored dragon, I bought Toothless accessories for tit and everything. upon getting the car back I noticed the color change, I asked about it and the guy assured me the paint was still the same. but its not !!!! my car is now GREEN, and honestly I hate it./ I have called in multiple times and always a promise of our manager will call you back , and NOTHING!!!

      I began checking the paper work from when I bought the car and the color is listed as GREY. from the dealer.
      I will be uploading a picture of the GREEN color later this afternoon.

      I am so disappointed and sadden, as I loved the dark grey/black color of of my car.

      and no one has addressed this issue


      Even though insurance paid for it ,, I will not be coming back here, my family has been coming here without incident but they are definitely aware of what has happened to me and they are upset as well.

      Carlos is a dedicated professional and represents Shanahan's well. While driving on the freeway, my black BMW X3 was hit with a large sledgehammer or tool that fell off a truck in front of me. I knew of Shanahan's excellent reputation of customer service and quality of work. I got my bid and they worked with my auto insurance to repair the passenger side of my car and that door. A year later (this spring 2018) I returned because after the heavy rains I would find my BMW car floor soaked. I thought it was because of the door because initially a piece was missing that did cause leaking. For months my BMW floor was soaked after the rain. Carlos and the manager did not charge me to look at my BMW. Carlos worked to figure out the problem. I was so incredibly happy to get the problem fixed finally. Carlos solved the problem for good!

      Lindsay is also a dedicated professional. The number of times I came in and called, Lindsay, the front staff representative, was always courteous, professional and took care of business.

      This is one of the WORST auto repair shop that I've been to. I relied on my insurances (AAA) recommendation and felt that they would perform a decent job. Time of repair was acceptable, as it should, considering they made a lot of money from my insurance company; however, the work was incomplete!! They forgot to install a spring to the lever for the gas cap. So, I was unable to put gas in my vehicle which caused me to park my vehicle until it was corrected. They "told" me that the spring would be in the next day and that they "WILL" call me. Well, I did not get a call. After a couple of days, I had to call them and they said that they "WILL" look into it and, again, "WILL" call me back shortly. Well, again, I did not get any calls. Another two days later, I called them again and they told me that it was in. I took my vehicle in and 5 minutes later the issue was resolved.

      My poor rating is based on the fact that when someone gives you his or her word that he or she will keep you informed and did not follow through...I call that bad business. Not only did it happened once; but, it happened twice...which is unacceptable!! I also gave them the benefit of any doubt by giving them a couple of days (each occassion) to informed me just in case they were super busy.

      My final rating...a total waste of my time and bad business. I would NOT recommend this auto repair shop to anyone!!

      Hi all, this is my first time done business with Shanahan's auto body and gonna be last time as well. I workers are friendly with big smile but the skills are terrible. I was here to fix my car front and rear bumpers. The job been done pretty well till about couple weeks later the front bumper POP OUT, so I went back for them to take a look. They said there is no bracket on the side of the bumper before, but well, I PAID you to repair why didnt you put the bracket to hold the bumper for me ? Then they said lets us try to fix. Finally the result is done after five mins. You know what? They used a ZIP-TIE to hold the car bumper and said it wont pop out anymore. I was like "laugh out loud" but I didnt show the reaction in front of them. Well, thank you the shop at least yall tried. Hope this can help you or someone.

      Okay so these guys were like CLOWNING when I went there last week to pick up my car. My car gets stolen and Sac Pd recovers it and then gives a me letter to go claim my car from these guys. I have AAA so they told me to get there summit the paper and tell them I am allowing AAA to come and tow it to a AAA certified auto body shop to get it fixed.
      I get there, guy at the counter is like oh okay AAA is coming to pick it up. We are going to pull the car out at the corner of the street and leave it there. Okay mind me it was raining all day, winter or December and all the window are smashed in my car. I was like but my car will get all wet because of no windows. The guys response, "well that is not my problem, right?".
      I was like well don't pull it out yet. wait till AAA gets here. His response, "well why don't you leave with us, we are body shop, we will fix it?" I said well AAA said they already decided they want it at their body shop and they will take care of it. SO the guy from the back comes with an attitude, and say I guess.
      Then when the AAA tow guy shows up, the guy who was in the back suppose to bring the car out was a total asshole to AAA guy and he lied to me. He said I have to lift the car with fork lift cause there is broken glass on the seat and he does not want to drive it out but the AAA guy was like I can do it. So we go in the back and what does this clown do, he has my car out on a fork lift. I said, "didn't we talk about me or the AAA tow guy pulling out the car, why did you bring it out on the fork life": He said oh the car battery is dead so you wouldn't anyway. Then he shuts the gate to the tow yard. We put the key in the ignitation and the car starts. total lair. Damaged my car when he lifted it with fork lifts.
      How the hell they get 3 stars is beyond me. I the guy in the back working the tow yard, totally rude, douche bag. I heard him talking a something about "stupid Asian lady, women do not crap about car.....blah blah..". I feel sorry for whoever he was talking about.

      Shanahan's auto body was great fix my car in a timely manner really great customer service and Victor was great kept in contact with us the whole time they had my car got my car back it was detailed and look to a T it look nice again

      The owner of Shanahan's is retired so now Kniesel's Collision took over. There's many reasons why this place deserves 5 stars

      - Great communication
      - Friendly staff
      - Get daily text updates as well as phone calls about the progress on my car
      - Only took 5 days to get my car back as stated on the estimation
      - I got rear ended and the repair on my car is phenomenal. It looks brand new again.
      - Washed and vacuumed my car
      - When picking up my car, Javier walked me to my car and explained to me what they did
      - Kniesel's Collision works close with Enterprise so renting a car was easy. Gave me a ride to Enterprise and I was able to drop off the car at the Kniesel Collision location.
      - Would 100% recommend this auto shop.
