Shake Shack Center City - Rittenhouse

This was an amazing restaurant. Me and my Mom went there. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my Mom ordered a burger.

The wait was not long at all. Service was amazing and the food tasted great! The atmosphere was amazing. Nobody seemed tense or uncomfortable.

It was tasty and a great time! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bite.

The shack stack is my favorite. The fried mushroom is filled with gooey melted cheese. Great combo a beef patty. Love potato buns!
The milk shake is super thick and rich. Had to let it sit for a while for it to melt. I liked the chunks of Oreos in the shake.
I usually always get the cheese fries but this time
saw an ad for the Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries... would not get again! It just tasted like cheese fries. It wasn't spicy. And the dipping sauce was a sesame oil/peanut flavored sauce.
Food came out pretty quick and the staff were nice.

I have never had the opportunity to try shake shack. I think the place is great. So you can order with the pad or at the counter.
It is a smash burger place.
So the burger is great add some bacon and you have an awesome meal.
Burger is great and hit the spot. Fries are cooked just right. You can take it to go or eat in.
Music is playing and lots of conversations. Very loud in here.
They have seasoned fries, I'll have to try that while I'm here.
The fruit juice drink is good but no option to say light ice.
I liked the burger.

What's not to like? Service was okay, took some time to get my order after confirming it on the swiveling iPad thing, but the food was delicious and satisfied my burger-and-fries craving. I LOVE that there is a non-portobello and non-fake beef veggie burger option, because I prefer house-made genuine veggie burgers, and I also love that it's not made from the standard black beans. Burger was juicy, toppings were yummy, I added pickles and cheese to mine, and the fries with cheese were good even after the cheese had congealed a tiny bit. I liked the curly fries style also! Overall will def be back for a reliable burger craving. Also they almost forgot my fries so definitely double check the to-go bag when you get your food.

Staff here was nice and the wait for our food was not long. We got veggie burgers and the shake shack veggie burgers are not great but I think the staff did as much as they could with the recipe to make it taste good. Fries are good. Would not return unless it was wildly convenient, or until they make a better veggie burger.

One of my favorite Shake Shack locations. The fries were cooked to perfection. The crunch and texture was 5 out of 5. The cheese sauce was perfectly coated over the fries. The shroom burger was cooked perfectly. It was crunchy and the cheese oozing out was delicious. I'm never disappointed with Shake Shack food. The one thing I'm disappointed about is that the bathrooms are locked. You need an access code to get in. I suppose since this location is in Center City they had to lock the bathroom doors so non-paying customers can't enter. It's a bit inconvenient, but you can ask someone for the code to get in. Just a downside of being in the city.

Came here today and had such a wonderful experience! Not only are the people at the counter friendly, but the service was efficient. They have also installed kiosks by the counter so you can order your food if someone is ordering with the cashier. I only tried a burger, but it was fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly, the veggies on it tasted fresh and the bun wasn't soggy. It was the perfect burger, definitely going to be returning soon!

I was able to try the much anticipated Hot Ones™ Burger & Chicken sandwich, and it did not disappoint. I thought it was going to be super spicy, but it was spicy enough and very enjoyable. French fries were okay, not my favorite fast food French fries, but it'll do.

I have nothing bad to say about the service since it was fairly quick.

Everyone working here is clowning around acting a fool. They don't take their job seriously. Took forever for my food and there was no one here. They're just messing around back there not really giving an F. She brings me my chicken sandwich and again (like the last time I got a burger there) my lettuce was all soggy. I didn't go back in to complain and show them cuz frankly I was intimidated by the fact that they really don't care and telling them wouldn't have mattered. That's how it seems by how little they care.

I walked in during lunch and it was surprisingly quiet and I'm not complaining. I was greeted by Mohammed aka MoMo and he was as sweet as you can get. I ordered the black truffle burger and it came out at a reasonable time.

The burger was moist and I can def taste the truffle oil/sauce. I was just hoping it would have more seasonings on the meat to make it more tasty. Other than that, I cant wait to try new creation from them!
