All About Towing

Dude was rude as heck. Also wanted to charge me before evening showing up. When I questioned him, he yelled at me and told me to call someone else. So I called A&G Towing and was way happier either decision. Sounds like this guy gives away all his business to them.

These guys are amazingly good. We're coming from Seattle to see our family in the Grand Canyon 60 miles outside of Kingman the transmission starts to act up In our class B RV. Between how great the staff was helping us find an experienced transmission guy at closing time.and keeping us updated constantly I'm truly impressed. They were so friendly including the guys that showed up. Top notch can't go wrong and reasonably priced. They know their job.

Rv door wouldn't closed. Called Bruce who said he'd be over in an hour or two. He never showed up. Later I read all these reviews. Looked like I dodged a bullet. Blessing in disguise he didn't show up. Ended up figuring out how to fix my rv door by myself. I am woman hear me roar. Lol. Anyways, so blessed he was a no show.

Worst customer service ever and unprofessional and the guy literally yells at you. If you hate your job why even run a place you hate dealing with. Smh.

The guy own he rude and don't help anyone when you buy a truck from then even you try help him I was going to to send my friend to by vehicle from them but they changed there mind because what happened to me

ALL ABOUT TOWING! Total rip off!! It would be negative stars if this was available.My father Had a Trike break down on Laguna and Hwy 95 in Mohave Valley. In the heat 11:00 am this morning. I called to arrainge a tow to have it brought to his home 16 miles mind you. First i had to confirm if this was all about towing as he did not answer naming the business. Then stated 750 well keep it under 8. I had to ask to clarify as he did not state dollars. His response"for the tow $750". I questioned the price, declined and then he stated "what about $500". What about go screw someone else!! POS -hope karma comes back your way one day

Our RV developed problems with it's slideout (wouldn't retract) in Needles, CA on September 18th. We called Good Sam Roadside Assistance, and an hour later, two men from this outfit showed up. They seemed very unfamiliar with the slideout, but after a half hour of pushing and shoving, managed to get it back in, with a recommendation to take it to a dealer. (Total time at the site, 30-40 minutes) At that point, they handed us a bill for $400 and demanded cash. We do not ordinarily carry that much cash, so they accompanied us to a nearby ATM. We were very disappointed with their policies and would never do business with them again.

The hours say 24 hours on this listing. The guy who answers at the number listed greets me with just "Hello". I had to make sure I got the correct company. Since it is 24 hours, I had called when I got off work around 11pm to see if I can get pricing. I started to explain my situation to the guy and was going to ask for tow rates, but was cut off with, "Call me in the morning, will ya? Its so late and no one will be able to fix your car right now." Well, yeah, I knew that, but I was trying to just get prices and maybe schedule things for the following morning so that I could coordinate with the repair shop... oh well. Call A & G Towing instead. They get there fast, know what they're doing & can easily take cc payments on the spot. All About Towing gets one star for answering the phone, albeit not professionally.

Rip off artists. Stay away at all costs. Do you homework. Research them and you'll see what I mean.
