On June 1, 2021, I contacted SetRite LLC and received an estimate to convert my home from oil to gas. I received a quoted price I was quoted to supply and install gas inshot burner, to include pulling permits and removal of oil from the tank, as well as cleaning of the boiler. On June 3, 2021, I contacted the company President, Sean Raymond, to let him know I would be hiring him for the job. On June 10, 2021, I wrote SetRite LLC a check for half of the quoted price to begin the work. The check was cashed on June 11, 2021. When SetRite LLC arrived at my residence on June 10, 2021, they told me they would arrive on Friday, June 18, 2021 to begin the work. Their team never showed up and the owner called to reschedule for Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Again, the SetRite team never showed up on that day either. The owner of SetRite, Sean Raymond, text me on June 23, 2021 and stated he would put me on the schedule for Thursday, June 24, 2021. Again, they never showed. SetRite's team finally arrived July 13, 2021 to conduct some work to prep my house for a pressure test to be conducted. Upon doing it, they removed my outside water line without my blessing. It took nearly a month, until August 6, 2021 to have my water line back installed outside. From August 2021 until April 2022, SetRite has only been to my home 1 time to work on what they were supposed to finish on my house concerning the gas line. The company has also been unresponsive to 50+ calls and texts concerning updates to any work done. I have taken off 10+ days from my job during this to be available to meet with the company at my home to complete the work. Every time was a no-show from SetRite. The last scheduled visit was with the West Hartford Town inspector on February 22, 2022 of which SetRIte scheduled. The inspector showed up but SetRite did not, resulting in a failed the inspection. SetRite has made no attempts to correct the problem since February 22, 2022. It's been 10 months since first contact with no completed service

Thoroughly went through everything with us in great detail. We knew exactly what we were getting / buying.
Communication is great as well. They work fast too which is great. Charges extra for weekend jobs though.
