ServiceFirst Restoration was referred to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. They were always on time for their service calls and identified the corrective action immediately. Their key technician Manny was awesome. Not only did he let us know that he appreciated our business, but was knowledgeable and an excellent listener. THey had the latest technology for addressing the results of the plumbing leak. We would highly recommend Manny and Service First Restoration.

Tadeo was fantastic! He tapped off everything and showed concern about the furnishings in the home and wanted to make sure we were happy with his work. His ceiling repair was excellent and we are very happy with the work - thanks Tadeo!

Beware this company. This was one of the companies (among 3) that I contacted for an estimate, based on all the good reviews. Came out, and reviewed the work to be done, no problem. Sent me the estimate a few days later; it was a bit higher than both other companies, but this company also had more reviews, so i figured it was a safer bet. After all, the cost difference was only a couple hundred dollars. So I gave them the go ahead to start work. Then Evelyn surprised me with 2 bits of information that she failed to mention before, or include in the estimate; that she would require 50% down upfront, and that there was a 3.5% credit card fee. Other companies who have the same policies disclosed that at the time they sent their estimate. Completely disappointed, and I can't trust a company who isn't transparent and only discloses information after you've hired them.

This is why you always book 2 or 3 companies for estimates, always! Not just to compare costs, but also just in case one decides to surprise you with information only after you hire them. I sent the estimate to my insurance; and now I'm supposed to tell them actually now the price is higher and they have to dispense [half] the money immediately??? Or else I'd have to wait another 7-10 days to start this project? How ridiculous.

We sustained water damage to the wall, floor, carpet, and cabinets during the rains this winter when the gutters failed. The HOA gave the work to ServiceFirst. I could not be happier with their courteous and professional handling of the restoration work. Jerry, the estimator, is an expert and was willing to patiently answer all our questions. Roger, the case manager, communicates promptly and is responsive, and Edgar did a first class job drying out everything. We had restoration work several times in the past. It was never done this well. We got the Rolls Royce treatment.

Adrian of Service 1st did a good job inspecting my leaking home. He used a thermal device to check which area was wet behind the wall. He also gave me some advice on potential dealing with the insurance company. I highly recommend Adrian of Service 1st if you need restoration services.
