We needed an area rug cleaned after a pretty major dog accident. I called Robert and he came out about 3 hours later. I wish I had take a before and after photo. I cannot even tell where the stains were and the carpet looks brand new. I will be adding Robert to our rotation of normal maintenance now, to keep our area rug looking brand new!

Robert did a great job, professionally cleaning the carpet for my upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms and then another bedroom carpet in the lower level. The carpet had some pet stains and he was thorough and complete, as well as respectful of my home and furnishings.

Robert and his crew showed up and worked the dirt with a vengeance! They take their job seriously! My mom's house looks great and it was no easy task with pet stains on carpet, flooring and furniture.

He was on time and did a very good job of cleaning my dads very soiled lazy boy chair.

Our sump pump failed and our basement got soaked. Fortunately we were able to keep the damage to just soaked carpet, but we needed help. Contacted Robert and he got back to me within 15 minutes. He was able to come by in the afternoon and got right to work. He got everything dried up within a week and we were able to keep the carpet and not have to do any drywall work. His customer service was incredible and he stopped by several times (including over the weekend) to make sure that everything was going as planned.

After everything was dried out, Robert cleaned the carpet, actually getting rid of some old spots that had been there for years. It actually looks better than it did before we flooded.

Tim was on time and did a very thorough job. I am definetely using his service again. All coffee stains on one of my stairs were removed. I am very satisfied.
