Serina Pizza

Ordered delivery after they put a flier on my door. Ordered online just to check the experience and it was great! They did not have an option to include the deals they give you with the door flier but the only difference was about $1 so didn't really matter. They do offer up other deals so it would be nice if they did have those deal options when online ordering. But on to the Pizza. We got a basic 16" X-Large with Pep, Bell Peps & Fresh Tomatoes. I really like how they put full slice tomatoes rather than diced. They also space everything out well and really give you a good amount. The sauce wasn't super duper fantastic but it was good. The crust was really good but a tiny bit under-cooked. The pepperonis tasted yummy delicious.

The pizza arrived warmer than warm so that was cool. I'm near the bottom hill of Linda Vista right before Morena BLVD. Overall I say this place's pizza is a great deal when matching pizza quality to price. Its a great ratio of goodness.

I'm definitely interested in trying these guys again and also experiencing more of the menu. Once I taste a few more items, I will update my review.

This place has an incredible owner. Ayad has a lot of heart behind what he does and genuinely cares about people and the art of pizza.
If you come here you will be greeted by very genuine and kind staff. This place has awesome food and is also working on having a new look.
He also has donated pizzas to a local church who feed the hungry.

All the reviews read about how passionate the owner is here: about his business, and about his food. They're true. I came in early afternoon last Sunday, after a morning where I'd had to retrieve my car from a $370 towing fine, and the owner, and his fresh veggie pizza, really helped me feel much more balanced.
The vegetables are all fresh, and the dough is filling and satisfying. The 12' pizza did me lunch and half of my dinner so the price was worth it.
I have tended to steer away from buying pizzas at shops in San Diego because finding a decent one is such a lottery, and the good restaurants and the bad tend to cost the same. I'm glad i ended up here because not only did the chat with the owner + his pizza sort me out last weekend, but I now have a go-to pizza delivery shop when cooking seems like too much of a burden.

Food wasn't what I expected. Especially paying nearly $10 for a cheese steak. Could be bigger and not so stingy on the meat. It was okay but not worth $10. The cook was really nice and the only one working so that helped the review because he was a good guy. Prices need to drop or food needs to be more of a value. Would consider the pizza but not sure what I'm getting myself into.

This is heads down my favorite pizza place in SD.
I ordered a Half Hawaiian and half margarita pizza xxl for a few people. I was expecting something mostly crust.
I picked up my pie about 15 mins later... Took it home and completely blew my mind. It had so much if everything. Super filling and so tasty.
he price was amazing as well. I was very happy with what I got and the people that work there are always so nice and very accommodating. I recommend this place anytime.

My bf and I came to San Diego for the day and we were looking up where to eat originally we had decided Thai but the place was closed so on Yelp we stumbled upon this pizza place because I wanted pizza and I new my bf would like a sandwich so we come in and it's surprisingly empty but fast service as soon as we walked in I ordered something that wasn't on the menu anymore so I just decided to stick to my original pizza plan and I am so glad I did by far one of the best pizzas I have had the cheese was so soft and thick the sauce was perfect and toppings were fresh cooked amazingly and my bf got a meatball sub there was not one spot missing cheese he loved it said it was the best meatball sandwich he's had definitely suggest if your around the area stop and eat here friendly service and amazing food (:

The food here is great!

The only problem with this place and maybe I've just hit the rush hour every time but what's the point of calling in an order in advanced when they just wait for u to get there to start your order? There a new place and maybe they are just getting situated but they really need to learn how to keep the orders filtering thru without long amounts of wait time especially when I ordered in advance. 30 minutes ago.

This place is a great deal! It takes a little bit to get your food, but the delivery is free and you get so much food! How can you complain?

This is easily a better option than the dominos down from our house.

I am not a usual first visit yelper, that being said.....The pizza was great! Delivery was quick and the pizza was HOT. Mushrooms and jalapenos were fresh, the pepperoni was plentiful, cheese was a great quality, yummy sauce, good crust (I prefer it a little more thin), nice delivery guy, they accept credit cards, even AMEX! This is my new "go to" pizza delivery spot.

I received a flyer on the door for Serina Pizza and decided to give it a try. I live in Bay Park and pizza delivery is mostly limited to the big chains, or not so great local places. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The pizza was hot and delicious when it arrived. I ordered online at 4pm on a Friday and it was here in 45 min. I will absolutely order from here again and Serina will most likely become my go to delivery for a night in.
