Our staff are independent and work flexible hours. The hours posted are approximate times. We encourage you to call before just stopping in as if with a client in a treatment area the door may be looked. SWAN does not have a receptionist we use online scheduling to accommodate you. This is through our website. We specialize in hand & foot treatments, massage, waxing, threading and skin care (facials). Kimberly specializes in diabetic foot care and with all our pedicures we use a tub with disposable liners. Your safety and health is important to us! We use Circadia Products for our Skin Care line. S.W.A.N is an environment that is relaxing and peaceful. Allowing our clients to sip on a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Receiving a no rush service and make this their home away from home get away. For those who work downtown we do offer express services. We welcome you to an opportunity to relax!

If you are in need of just one hour away from the crazy that is your life, book a relaxation message with April Chambers. I was at my breaking point and my body was saying "screw you, I'm going to really make you suffer!" and then I easily booked a appointment online via www.aprilchambers.com and was that much closer to bliss.
The space itself is beautiful and relaxing. The table was so comfortable with soft sheets and a table warmer! It was so warm and snuggly. But you can pass on the heat if it's not your thing. She then asked me what I felt like listening to and hooked up a sweet Jill Scott Pandora station to really help me chillax. Then I get a variety of herbal oil options which left me feeling moisturized and smelling good.
Just when I thought it couldn't get any better she busted out the hot stones and showed my body what was really up. I want hot stones always!!! Feels SO good!!
In the end I'll be cheating on my husband at least twice a month with Miss. Chambers!!! Beyond making me more relaxed than ANYONE EVER (this is impossible as I am a workaholic, over achiever) my body felt amazing which in the end is what I really needed. Self care is important and April will help you take care of YOU.
On another note I have given several gift certificates as gifts to my mother who has arthritis really bad and she loved it!! Really helped with her pain. Then I went for a pregnancy massage for my boss who also loved it!! April has expertise in prenatal massage for all those expectant mothers.

I usually do my own nails, but wanted elegant gels for my NYE Wedding (2014), and I received several recommendations for Serenity. I'm SO glad! Kimberly was really fantastic - I walked in feeling a bit stressed, and walked out about an hour later feeling calm, happy and with BEAUTIFUL nails! I wish I had a photo, but I received many compliments at the wedding, as well as for the next couple of weeks. The place is inviting and I even liked the music-mix that was playing. (I'm a musician so I tend to be picky!)

I purchased an Amazon coupon for 1/2 off on a mani/pedi. When I arrived at my appointment time, I had difficulty putting the top up on my new car. Since rain was imminent, I asked if I could reschedule. I was told I could only reschedule if I paid the full price. I told them I did not want to do that. So, they kept my voucher, and I lost $35.00. If the voucher was intended to get new customers, it failed in this case. I would not go back there under any circumstance.

Thank you for your comments and SWAN is truly sorry that the weather compromised your visit. Because of the huge discount and other clients who really need in for that two hour time slot that we had to void your voucher. As per Amazon and Spa policy we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. However, we tend to compromise on that due to severe emergencies that are beyond customers control. We thank you for your understanding in this issue and are happy to accommodate you in using that price towards the value.

First of all these are wonderful people. Second, they are paying attention to all the details. And finally, they have a big picture of good health in mind. I need well-cared-for hands, I use them for acupuncture and shiatsu practice. The folks at SWAN are working with me to keep them clean, healthy, and good looking.

Today was my first visit to Serenity and I had a fantastic relaxation/stress relief massage from April Chambers. Her space is warm and relaxing and my massage was the perfect combination of relaxation and deep tissue to soothe my sore muscles.

I got a Groupon for the classic spa manicure. After reading all the good reviews on here, I was excited to try this place out. I read about their services on their website and was looking forward to the exfoliation and hot towels that supposedly included in this service. What I got was more of their "express" manicure with basic grooming and polish. The polish that I was told would last 7 days without chipping also chipped within 2. I was disappointed, to say the least.

Kimberly was wonderful. Went here on a groupon expecting the average quick 20 minute mediocre pedicure. Not at all what I received! Kimberly has built this business herself and takes pride in it. She is both running a wonderful business while providing quality- very well done manicured and pedicures at low prices. This was well worth the drive from Portland. I'm impressed and will be back. I have already recommended her to friends and families. Oh did I say there is 0-chemical smell!!! Loved it.

Worst experience ever. Purchased a Groupon for a facial. When I tried to book I was told their current person had quit and they were in the process of finding someone new. When I got there it wasn't a warm welcome. The gal was very cold and seemed irritated that I was there, she barely spoke to me the entire process until she tried selling me a $100 package while I was still laying on the table. The session ended up being 45 minutes instead of an hour and consisted of her putting things on my face and wiping them off. This has been the only time where I literally couldn't wait until it was over to get out of there. When I eventually made it to my car I spent another five minutes wiping products off my face and out of my hair that she missed wiping off. I also had to put cream around my eyes because they were so dry since she completely neglected to add lotion to that area. I have never made a yelp review, but made an account just so I could let people know how awful this really was.

Laura I apologize for taking so long to respond. We no longer have that esthetician and we currently have two skin care specialist. We recently have brought top educators into our spa to gives us high quality training. We are excited for this opportunity.
