I requested a quote via Yelp for a repair. Jesse replied almost immediately, and was very honest and direct. After many questions and conversation, I decided to replace my water heater instead of repair given the age. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I sent him pictures and he quoted me almost immediately. I continued asking questions, and he continued replying throughout the day. I confirmed the water heater replacement, and he was here the next day. He installed everything perfectly, and carefully. The pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Great service as always. Jesse has been my plumber for 12 years and does a great job. This time he replaced the water heater, restored water service to the shower, and unclogged the bathtub.

I had an excellent experience today with this company and it's owner Bernardo. We had a septic back-up. He showed up within 30 minutes, and very efficiently diagnosed the issue and methodically proved why it was happening and how he could fix it for us. His prices were fair. Him and his employees were quick, cleaned-up well, and were very pleasant to deal with.

Cutler Bay Plumbing came to the rescue when my garbage disposal starter spewing water all over the bottom of the sink. I called them on a Sunday at 6 pm and they called me back within 15 minutes.
