Seasons Salon and Spa

I had the best manicure ever here. Having said that, my pedicure was mediocre, and communication before appointments is sub-par. They have an online scheduling form that nobody responds to. Or, if like the last time I tried to schedule an appointment, they email saying they will call you the next morning and then don't! This place is beautiful with nice services and could be awesome---just need to tweak customer service a bit.

After a complete botch job by Great Clips, I swore off discount hair cuts. I love Seasons Salon & Spa, especially after 5. Haven't tried their spa services yet, but will soon.

I would not recommend this salon to anybody! The stylist are apparently right out of cosmetology school and do not have a clue on how to do hair and when I was not happy with my $200 cut and color that looked nothing like what i wanted to begin with, it took me 2 weeks of calling everyday to finally get another appointment to fix their mistake. Ok, i get, you're busy and don't feel like returning my phone call. Well, I go to get my hair fixed and then she charged me $40 to fix her mistake! I will never use this salon again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Great staff and services. Very cozy relaxation room with a sauna. And a private loft area for groups or for a date night. Massage therapists are great.

I must say I am surprised that there are no other reviews here. I am from outside the Washington DC area and am visiting GA for a couple of days. I was looking for some pampering while my husband and his friends golfed all day. Seasons was referred by our friends who live in this area so I thought I would give it a try and booked full Spa Day 2 months ago. As I pulled up, I was very pleased to see an adorable home style building with lovely bistro tables and chairs on the front porch. They have an awesome garden in the front with colorful Swiss chard and broccoli. This truly brought a smile to my face and the first impression was already relaxing and inviting. I was immediately greeted by Brittany with a huge smile and welcome, offered a drink and a seat. We went over my services and then chose my lunch from a wonderful nearby restaurant called the Perfect Pear. The women's changing area was very nice and I was given my own locker and robe. The relaxation room was so comfy, feminine and such a treat. There was an assortment of wonderful teas and a dry sauna discreetly off to the side to begin the process of relaxation. My 1st service was a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Kimberly. I am pretty picky about massages as I am a Therapist myself, but Kimberly did a superb job. She's very intuitive and was able to find the areas that needed work. My tight muscles literally melted in her hands. Next came my regeneration facial with an upgrade lip and eye treatment with Brittany. Hands down one of the best facials ever! She is incredibly knowledgable and really targets your skin and its issues. Her touch is healing and I was glowing from head to toe. Love love love the product line she uses, Eminence, and left with the whole line recommended for me so that I can continue to nourish my skin at home. Ginger did and awesome pedicure and I left with cute baby blue toes. I highly recommend this lovely gem of a Spa and only wish it was back in my hometown. I have been to many spas from ElizabethArden Red Door,Ritz Carlton, Canyon Ranch etc... and I can honestly say the service and treatment was equal if not better in some areas. Treat yourself!

This is my go to place for hair, nails and any other salon service I may need. I LOVE the staff. The service is hands down the best around. I always walk out happy and loving my new style. Before discovering Seasons I hated getting my hair and nails done, now I look forward to my next appointment!!!!!
