Tonight, I came into Advanced Auto Parts because I had an issue with my car starting. Gilberto came out to my car, listened to it starting, then got hands in, looking at the possible things it could be. He helped change our air filter and suggested a fuel cleaner. He told me how to use it and then I left. My car was still sputtering. After putting the fuel cleaner in and went to my next stop, the start up no longer sputtered like it was. Gilberto was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He ha wonderful customer service skills. I am so thankful for him and the help he provided me today; along with the money I am sure that he saved me. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future when I need assistance.

I've been shopping at Advance Auto Parts for many years. I typically use the Tuskawilla store up until recently. Unfortunately the Tuskawilla store customer service has declined incredibly over the last year or so. No one is friendly or accommodating. I decided to change stores to purchase a battery for my truck today. I also was greeted by Gilberto within a minute of walking in the store. He was friendly and helped me with my service. He offered his help in any way and made me feel comfortable. Really a good guy! I tried to log on to the Advance Auto Parts store and submit a review to them, but couldn't find an email address for Advance Auto. Hopefully this review will get him some notice because he is an asset for the company

I came in to get a new car battery. The guy who was working there, Hector, had a bad attitude and had me repeat the year and name of the car several times. Then he simply asked me which battery I wanted without going over the options. Even though the battery I selected was supposed to have a 3 year warranty, he refused to give me any document that confirmed that. Before he installed the battery, I asked if they can connect a backup in order to keep the clock and radio settings and he just flatly said "No". The installation was sloppy, with the rubber terminal cover not getting put on. I suggest going to a different place, as there are several other auto parts stores in the area.
