This tiny little brunch spot in Trolley Square does not disappoint! They have revamped their menu and it's impressive and delicious. I went with my boyfriend and we had such a positive experience! They have your typical brunch items with fun and unique twists and also have an ethnic section with creative and tasty options. My boyfriend had a breakfast roti dish and had nothing but great things to say about it. For the avid "brunchers" looking for a great new spot, Scrumptious is it!
The owner and chef, Madari was so kind, and not to mention an exquisite chef. Our server, Prateek was also amazing, knowledgeable, and attentive to our coffee cups... which we know we all need on a Sunday morning.
Easily 5+ stars and we cannot wait to go back and try something else!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 25, 2020
Delicious food and unique twist to a typical brunch menu! Came on a weekday and there was no line. There were people ordering out. They do have seating in the back outdoors and indoors as well. Pretty extensive menu with good food and drink options.
1. All out roti - Got the chicken sausage on roti and it was perfectly cooked. Very mild kick. Good recommendation!
Overall, I'll be back for brunch to try other things on their menu.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Yana S.North Port, FL195184269Jun 26, 2020
Absolutely best breakfast and brunch place in the area! Very friendly service and atmosphere. Ordered a turkey Benny and unfortunately the aioli was too spicy for me and they kindly remade me a completely different sandwich to accommodate. The smoothie I ordered was peanut butter banana and upon leaving I was made another smoothie to go!
Clean and newly remodeled, they offer inside and outside seating. Saving it to my road faves.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Travis C.Huntington Beach, CA555591575Jun 26, 2020
A Gem. A Family owned and operated business. This little Gem is nestled in the heart of a neighborhood just a few blocks off of a major highway in what looks like an old home converted into a business. There's a couple businesses next door in the same fashion of home conversion to business. With that said, it makes for a nice homey feel with a "hey neighbor" type of dining experience.
They serve frozen yogurt with all the fixings with indoor or outdoor garden style seating. They serve milkshakes, smoothies, coffee and other assorted drinks. They also have a revolving menu that boasts Indian flair and American options.
I enjoyed having one pancake and omg, I could've eaten a whole foot tall stack of them. It was amazingly delicious! The pancake is thick and fluffy like a cake cut in half sideways. The maple syrup was also the perfect compliment because it seemed to be a pure and healthy type with perfect natural flavor.
I also enjoyed a HASS Benedict. Put together in photo format all the ingredients listed for this dish, then add complimenting flavor, a slightly spicy aioli sauce and you have this deliciousness.
My girlfriend ordered a similar dish. The Turkey Benedict. It's basically the same thing I ordered but instead of bacon you have turkey. Same flavor profiles, yet a slightly different flavor because of the turkey instead of bacon.
Then we ordered a Jammin Turkey sandwich. Another wow flavor. This one comes with a power packed goat cheese and a raspberry jam that go together like Batman and Robin.
Now, let's talk about the service. It was Excellent! We were greeted, seated, and treated like we were expected when we arrived through the door. With courtesy and a smile. It's a relaxed environment with good paced tentative service.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 30, 2019
Terrific, chill vibe breakfast/brunch spot in the heart of Trolley Square. After a scrumptious (hehe) meal you can take a walk in the beautiful and lovely part of Wilmington, with its numerous bars and food spots and galleries (!) and etc. It seems they use very fresh/locally sourced/organic ingridients at Scrumptious. The tall cup of hot (loose leaf) black tea I had was absolutely amazing. Just what I needed before we hit the road back to New York. And so was the lox and cream cheese bagel with tomatoes and onions. They also got a patio sitting area outside in the back, which is great for when it's nice and warm out. Next time I'm in the area I'll definetely come back!!

Searching for a brunch place on Yelp and this place has popped up twice. Came in Saturday late morning for some brunch. We were delighted that they had outdoor seating in the back since it was an amazing day.
My bf ordered the hass Benny w a small Cubano and I opted for the shrimpin' on rye toast. Mine was ok; the shrimp were baby shrimp like the kind I would feed my pet turtle but over all it tasted good. I would suggest to ask for the toast or tacos to be on the side since it gets soggy pretty fast. My bf let me try his hass Benny and it was very good; eggs a bit too runny for us but we liked the combo of flavors. The cubano tasted like any other coffee.
Service was very good, our waitress was sweet and speedy and was even training someone. On our way out we were full but not full enough to skip out on the froyo!!!! We shared a cup of 1/2 mango 1/2 raspberry and topped it with just popping boba! They actually had 4-5 diff flavors of popping boba which I liked and had a good selection of froyo flavors. The mango was perfect sweet and fruity, the raspberry was surprisingly creamy!
Well will come back to this place esp if it's a nice day so we can dine outside, just being inside to get froyo and pay we already smelled like food.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 15, 2018
Little spot with a limited but excellently prepared menu. Everything tastes fresh and the service was prompt and friendly. I'm not in the city that much (especially at breakfast) but the next time I'm in the Trolley Square area, I'll definitely hit this place up!

I've been here quite a few times, and have always had a great dish! The owner is a little Indian girl (Madhuri) that moved to the Wilmington area from NY and didn't find many tasty food options...so she opened Scrumptious! Everything is cooked to order using two sandwich presses and a couple of toasters and they make it work...beautifully!

We had breakfast here while Christmas shopping. My dish was good but my eggs seem a bit undercooked the white of the egg was too raw but everything tasted good nonetheless. They put a nice amount of salmon which really made the dish.
We have been here twice the second time we came we came for dessert. The frozen yogurt was good you self serve and you choose your toppings and they weigh it. It can get pricey so beware.
The atmosphere was calm and quiet really just down to earth you can come here read an newspaper get something to eat and chill no one would noticeHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lea D.Mantua Township, NJ111165435Nov 11, 2018
