Fred-rico S.DeKalb, IL1062825Dec 7, 2016This has to be one of the best insurance companies I've ever had to deal with, I've been with Scott for 6 years now, every time I'm in there I am treated like family, Scott is very attentive and great to do business with, Amy works in the office and i can always count on her to get stuff done for me... the whole staff is great and very pleasant, I am glad I get to see them at least once a month

I appreciate good customer service and I hope the company will not cause me further issues with my insurance. Communication in the end is what fixed the problem. Great folks to do business with as everything went smooth after the initial glitch.

Update Feb 2018. I was on yelp tiday making a review for another business and thought I would update,this one. I'm still with Scott and continue to be completely satisfied with him and the employees in his office. They are great!!! Immediate service anytime I call and they are always happy to help me out. Keep rocking the insurance world ! Thanks for being so great! For you, the eader, it is absolutely worth the time to go and see what Scott can do for you.

Oct 6, 2014Previous reviewA friend referred me to Scott and I am so happy that he did! Scott and his office staff are amazing! They set me up with new homeowners insurance and I moved my car insurance to them as well. It was a seamless process overall. I had an issue with my car and needed roadside assistance and couldn't find the number. I called the office and they were so helpful! Anytime I have called the entire office has been pleasant and professional. Scott truly cares about his clients and their families. I 100% recommend him to everyone! I live 50 minutes away from Sycamore and certainly could have chosen a rep closer to my home. I am so happy I chose to go with Scott! Call him! He is awesome!

If you're looking for a great agent, Scott is the right person. State Farm offers great insurance policies but Scott makes a huge difference in being insured by State Farm.
