Factory Powersports

Let me start by saying I've been coming here about 3 years and their work has been decent during that time. I've had tires done there probably ten times over that time period, without any issues.

Yesterday when I had my tire changed, this is what it came back looking like. When I pointed it out the Service Manager, he was pretty understanding that it shouldn't have happened and even stated that he would be upset if it was his bike. He went to go get the owner to show him.

When you get tires changed here, you sign a form saying that any reasonable damage that could occur from tire changing is agreed on. Usually this can be a small nick or scratch in your wheel. Usually not a big deal. But this.....what did they mount this tire with, a fucking lathe?!

There's no way that the tire tech was trained correctly, or they simply didn't stop as soon as the tire machine started deeply gouging my wheel.

When the owner came out, he was immediately combative, and repeatedly escalated the issue until he was cussing me out loudly, screaming names at me, etc. He even told me I was a "cheap ass" for coming back over what was a $35 job (that's the tire mount cost), even though he well knew we were discussing the damn near $2,000 wheel. So not only did they damage the hell out of my wheel, I wasn't extended any apology or anything, and was verbally abused. Awesome service for a repeat customer!

While I was still in the shop, I called other shops like Eurocycle and SFBMW to ask them what they would do should this have happened at their shop. Both stated the wheel would be repaired or replaced without question.

When that information was relayed to this irate owner of Factory Powersports, he stated that those shops can do business how they want and told me I was a dumbass for not going to one of those shops. Even the owner thinks you should come here!

All in all, this is the place to go if you want to have you bike damaged without any recourse whatsoever. The shop does NOT care about the customers whatsoever. The owner stated the shop has insurance, but "not for this bullshit" before repeatedly screaming "you signed the waiver" in my face.

Dan was great, answered my questions and he wasn't pushy. Great experience there.
But very disappointed with the service department, I am aware that it is a warranty job and i am very happy that the bike is getting repair for free. But when I called to get some update, the person was not helpful and did not care to find the answers. I may have get a better service if i was a paying customer

Called Factory Powersports and they have the bike i wanted. Juan and Joe is the best interaction i had from buying a bike. They catered to my needs and more. Wish i reside close to them and let them service my bike but i'm hour n half away. Highly recommend this guys

I called in an asked for help for an issue occurring on my bike they said they'd give me discounts for clothing and a helmet and help for the bike very helpful guys at the front desk good review from my side

I would have liked to see a larger selection of helmets, but I'm pretty picky about lids, so not a huge deal

Don't bring your bike into this shop. They literally don't care about you or your bike. They had like a 18 year old kid review my bike and his favorite thing to say is "I don't know." & "uhhh." after my bike was sitting there for 3 weeks. The lead mechanic is not the smartest guy you'll meet either. Save yourself the headache and go to a different shop that actually looks at the bike and cares about it's customers. I will not support this shop again. They are actually known to have the worst service department in town.

I have a four wheeler, an older Kawasaki. Asked them to help service it. While they repaired the problem of a locked up rear brake, and I am sure there are other worn parts that need to be replaced. My problem and I have them a chance to be straight. I now do not have good confidence that they have my best interest at heart. When I picked up my bike it was in limp mode, belt light. I asked for them to reset it. They said they could reset only for it to just go back into limp mode because my belt is severely worn. I have dealt with belt lights all it's life. Reset it and be ok. They said it needs the new belt before it will clear. I cleared the belt light after YouTubing it. It runs like a champ now and has not come back on. I had to adjust brake after they were done and adjust the idle. Not very professional in my opinion. Be straight up with your customers and don't lie.
So much for my purchase of a new bike as well. Caveat emptor(Buyer Beware).

We went in last week to ask some questions and look around at the Honda Groms & Monkeys. Juan was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and even giving some of his personal experiences on which he thought was a better fit for us. We went with his recommendation of a Honda Grom and we are very happy with the purchase. The other staff was also very helpful when it came to paperwork and also choosing/buying a helmet. We were in and out very quickly with no hassles. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for anything power sports.

Mitchel and the team down and factory Powersports in Santa Rosa is the only place to go. They were the only ones that returned my calls during what we call a shortage in stock on all YouTV's. They were able to help me find the right Honda pioneer the right style get me in get me out fast. I love my Honda pioneer and I love dealing with the team down a factory Powersports in Santa Rosa. Great job keep it going the only place I recommend people to go.

Big thanks to the staff here for all of the great customer service and knowledge. This place has a huge selection of brands and models. I purchased a KTM 500 EXCF. Jon was very attentive and was able to help me decide on the bike that was best for me. Parts department was excellent as well. I ordered a few things from Wes for the bike and they arrived just a few days later. Big thanks to the staff here. I would recommend going here if you're thinking about a new bike.
