Dale Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro Miami

Decided to try this place after seeing some good reviews on Yelp. Tasty little spot on coral way with a lots to choose from.

The arepa and cachapa were well portioned and the Ingridents were fresh, both were served hot (some ppl be serving some cold or warm food) and with good flavor.

I recommend trying this place out!

The team came to offer some of their tasty empanadas and arepas at a community event for our building. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. I loved the spinach empanadas and the chicken arepa. The team was a husband and wife team who kindly told us about their food and how to get to their business, along with noting that delivery direct from the business is an option that's cheaper and faster than Uber eats. Love supporting small businesses with delicious food!

The place is very clean and my server was very friendly. I'll be back. thumbs up. I also had some fresh juice, celery and cucumber

Everyone there was very kind! We didn't know what we were ordering and the staff and even the customers stepped in to educate and inform us of the Venezuelan cuisine! Super friendly and would order from here again! (The cilantro sauce/dressing was delicious)

Very delicious food is to be had at Dale Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro. Much as the name would suggest, this venue sells arepas and other foods of questionable healthfulness and, separately, a selection of juices, drinks, and other allegedly healthy items. I did not sample any of the "healthy bistro" items, so I cannot speak to their quality.

I had the pleasure of sampling their tequeños, cachapas, and several empanadas. All were very tasty, particularly the empanas and cachapas. The cheese on the cachapa was some of the best queso de mano that I've had in the US. The restaurant has a robust selection of empanadas.

Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended for Venezuelan food.

We ordered the arepa de pabellon and reina pepiada cachapa. Both were absolutely delicious! Very good seasoning on everything and they had so many venezuelan snacks which made me remember when i was a little kid. Will definitely recommend and will like to go back and try their tequeños

Food was delicious. Authentic Venezuelan cuisine and packed a lot of flavor in the arepas and the tequeños. Everyone I came with had nothing but high regards for the food and the quick and friendly service. Really happy to have found this place and would be excited to come back here anytime. Great prices and very quality.

Super solid choice. Friendly and fast service and hearty portions at a reasonable price. Dining room is clean. Lady behind the counter could not have been nicer. Bring your Espanōl!
