Always Friendly, timely, and a great hair cut for my son. I Also had highlights done here once, loved the color, highlights were very natural looking, & the trim was cute too!

My hair was having the Covid blues and really needed some attention. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give Stacy a try.
Now I know why she has so many great reviews. Stacy is a true professional.
She did a great job, followed all Covid regulations and made my hair very happy.
I will be back.

I wish I had let Stacy take a before and after shot of my hair! Went in with stringy, straight, fly-away mousy brown hair. Exited with blonde highlighted, perfectly coiffed shorter cut that made me look 15 years younger. Seems a little sacrilegious to call her a miracle worker, but you would have said she was if you had seen a before picture of the mess I was! Be sure you make an appointment, because the word is out in town and she is very busy! You can make an appointment online (which I have not done because I'm pretty technically limited) or you can call at 518-674-3113. Trust me, you'll love it!

New to this area I went to Sand Lake Clipper in November and she did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I went yesterday to have my hair cut again. I wanted an inch taken off. She butchered my hair. She cut it so short using the razor!! Not scissors. I am literally crying. My son is getting married next month. I just hope it grows out a bit so it looks OK for the wedding. I may need to wear the wig I wore when I went through chemo. She is a very nice lady, but I need to find another salon.

I had my hair butchered at a different salon and was very unhappy. I went to Sand Lake Clippers and Stacey did an amazing job with cleaning it up. I left there feeling really happy with what she did for me. The price was very reasonable. This is my hair salon going forward.

I have been getting my hair cut at Sand Lake Clipper for several years and have always been most pleased. Appointments can be made online or by phone, or I can just walk in. Staff is always courteous, friendly and professional and the price is reasonable. I often recommend SLC to friends and family.

Not great for guys. Ok for a quick thing. Best option in the area. Wouldn't go out of my way. Worst part is the hours are never accurate. Have many times gone to get a hair cut and its like a ghost town. Guessing partly due to it's close proximity to a popular bar which takes all parking. Which also makes it hard to get around the "parking lot". It's fine to have short hours but I'm a strong believer in if you say your open then BE OPEN! I've even called to ask how late they will be open, they didn't say but I got the impression it was like "hello look at our hours" by the answer. I thought maybe the website might be out of date but no they are on the door. Lastly the prices are not a bargain by any means. In summary If you're a guy and don't make appointments don't rely on this spot.
