Sams Flaming Grill

Stopped in one day just to try something new and Im glad I did. We ordered online and picked up about 20mins later. The food was delicious, portions are good sizes and staff was friendly even though it was close to closing time. Not a great atmosphere to want and eat inside but if u want good food for a quick meal or lunch break this is the place, just order online or via telephone.

I saw my hairdresser eating a meal from this grill so I had to try it because it looked so good plus the chicken that came with it. The person at the counter was nice . The food however was not good to me. The salad was wilted and the food really had no taste. The restaurant was clean but it had a bad smell. I wish I could give a better review but I can't.

I've lived close to this place for about 2 years now and never went because of all the hate online. Finally, I decided to give it a try because I always see lots of people inside. The food is good! I really enjoyed it! The prices are very reasonable as well. My complaints? For starters, the website for order really isn't great and needs work. Very confusing in terms of what items come with which meal. Second, the service here is just okay. Room for improvement. I can look past all this though because again, food is good.

First time at this place . Live close by and my kids brought some home . The wife and I tried it next thing you know we came to the location to get our own. I tried the chicken lule wrap and it was delicious. I will definitely be craving this.

Not sure why all the recent poor reviews, but I just order for pick up for the first time (just moved to the area) and was very impressed! Delicious, authentic food with great portions and affordable pricing. Loved the hummus and garlic sauce, and the beef kabob was perfect. Very pleased and will be back. Don't listen to the haters and give it a try!

I've been. Loyal customer since 2018. But tonight I am really dissatisfied with my order . The chicken shawarma plate barely had 1.5 ounces of chicken which is a ridiculous amount of chicken for the price we are paying. No free water anymore ? Really!!! The environment does not invite to dine in! If I had to give this place a rating tonight I'll be 2.4 star

It looks like the remodel the inside. It looks very nice, but the customer service needs to work. I'm standing there for way more than eight minutes before someone acknowledged me.

So disappointed in the decline of this place. I miss the customer service and the quality of food that they used to have. Too bad. This place used to be so good.

"Out of chicken shwarma"
I subbed chicken kabob + veggie plate. When I arrived, I was told out of veggies. Guy behind register disappeared in the back, then came back, grabbed a to go plate and knocked a plate to the dirty ground. Other patron asked him to put it in the trash and he disappeared again in the back! I picked up the dirty to go plate and placed it in the trash.
No chicken shwarma, no veggies, dirty to go plate = never get my business again!

We use to live down the street from this Sam's and remember when it first opened . It was amazing the best chicken shawarma. Fast forward to now every time we either come in to order or call to pick up food they are always out of chicken shawarma no matter what day of the week or time it's absolutely ridiculous. Tonight we came got here at 5:15 and guess what no chicken shawarma. I said it's 5 on a Friday why do you never have any they said oh it doesn't sell well so we don't make a lot !!! I called the other locations and guess what they have chicken shawarma the guy at the Valencia location said um yes we have it why wouldn't we ?!!! Also the Canyon Country one needs a good cleaning the seats are disgusting. Sadly this will be the last time we order from this location it's sad for it use to be such a clean and delicious restaurant. Next time we drive to Valencia or Newhall .
