Go see John he's the best!! And I'm very fussy about my hair. He did exactly what I wanted!

Three months ago, I would have given them five stars hands down. I've been going to the same stylist there for over a year now with no problems whatsoever. I loved the cut she gave me which made it easy for me to style (I did provide a photo of myself with the cut so she could see it). When the salon reopened, Immediately scheduled my appt with my stylist. Needless to say, I was not too impressed with the haircut and it was jointly decided to do a loose perm to help with body in my hair as well as a haircut similar to the one she's been doing since last year. So two adjusted haircuts and a loose perm later with the top that fell out in two weeks, I immediately contacted the owner and provided her with pics of what my hair looked like. She actually tried to turn it on me and blame me stating that my stylist showed me how to style my hair and that I just don't know how to work with it. Then followed up with "Unfortunately I don't think we can satisfy you, sorry but we did everything we can". Are you kidding me? So after spending over $300 between haircuts, perm, tips and over $100 worth of products that the owner talked me into buying, you turn around and because a customer that's been going there for a year doesn't like what happened with the perm or the cut, you don't try to rectify it? I asked to have the top of my head redone (at no charge of course) and she never addressed. So if you go there and become a long time customer, keep your mouth shut if you don't like the way your hair comes out during one of the times you are there because you'll be told not to come back. There is their idea of good customer service. Never had this happen at any salon before. Stylists usually go above and beyond to make you look good and do what works for your particular hair type. After all, it is their work you're walking around with on your head. But I guess this owner cared only about the almighty dollar since she got me for over $300 and then basically tells me not to come back. SMH

I had a great experience here being a guy getting a manicure and pedicure can be an awkward experience in a salon but the staff at Salon Allure made it an awesome experience. The salon was clean everything sterilized or disposable .The owner was very welcoming and my nail technician Carla was amazing . She was professional , skilled took het time and it felt and looked like I had new hands and feet after she finished . I would recommend Carla and Salon Allure to anyone male or female who wants great feeling and looking hands and feet. For you guys out there don't be afraid they'll make you look great and let you keep your man-card.

I had a facial today with Luann. It was fabulous! The spa is beautiful and Luann was wonderful. I will definitely book another appointment.

I so wanted to like this salon, as I really need a salon in The shore area, but alas this wasn't the place. My hair was ruined. Cut way too short after I had shown a picture of a haircut that was my haircut. It went down to the neck area, yes my hair was longer, the stylist cropped it very short. In essence all it needed was a trim and texturing.
I cannot describe how bad it looks. There was no texturing done. Just a bad blunt cut with no style whatsoever.
What I cannot understand is how a so called professional could not simply follow the cut I had. You would think something like that is elementary. Nor have I ever been to a place where the stylist doesn't take the time to consult a minute or two with a client, especially a new one-she just starting cutting away. Further I was never shown the back. That should have sounded a bell.
Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

I wish I can give more stars! What a truly wonderful place! I have had my hair done here many times but when I asked them last minute to help a bride, they jumped right in, no hesitation, and did an amazing job. They are the kindest people and always make you feel welcome. I can't recommend and thank them enough!

I went to Salon Allure for the first time for their Spa services. It was absolutely incredible with the state of the art rooms and supplies. I would highly suggest going there for any spa services you are looking for. I booked a facial with Pat and a massage and scrub with Melanie. Both services were absolutely perfect. Pat really gets to know your skin and ensures you are using the correct products for your specific skin type. She also has the best personality I could spend hours with her! Melanie has this calming presence that gets you ready for your massage! She ensures everything is just right and always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Salon Allure & Spa was also following every COVID precaution and made you feel as safe and comfortable as possible! If you are looking for a hometown spa instead of a franchise that truly cares about you I would highly recommend Salon Allure & Spa

I have been going to Salon Allure for years, and they are absolutely wonderful. John cuts my hair, my mother's hair and all my friends' hair and does a phenomenal job. (That man also gives an amazing shampoo.) People actually stop me in the street and ask me who does my hair. I am glad to refer them to the salon and John, especially. Everyone at Salon Allure is very professional, but they are also all extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. I really look forward to my visits there. I know I'm in for some much-needed relaxation, and it also feels like I'm visiting with old friends.
