Thank you for your review, it is unfortunate that you are having billing issues with your health care provider. I apologize for not being immediatly available to answer your phone calls. It is tax season and we have been busy given the fact that there is two weeks left. Based on what you mentioned to me, you have been having a billing issue with your healthcare provider for over 5 months and have been passed around from one place to another without being able to solve your issue. We did not enroll you or are not your agent of record, like I mentioned over the phone before you cursed and hung up on me was that I did not think that we could help you with your billing issue, that is something that you and your healthcare provider (billing department) needs to correct. I understand that billing issues could be very frustating, but that is no reason to take it out on our staff especially when requesting assistance. I hope you can resolve your billing issue with your healthcare provider. - Management

He explains everything line by line so you know exactly how your taxes are being calculated. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our Taxes and gives great tax advice. He provides lots of other services that I have not had the pleasure of using. I cannot recommend him enough!
