Saddle Mountain Brewing Company

Saddle Mountain Brewery was such a cool place. We sat outside, highly recommend, but there's also a great inside.

Our server was great and helpful in ordering since we'd never been there.

We got the nachos to share and they were good, but not worth it in my opinion. We also shared a Caprese sandwich.

Interesting little place.
Don't believe all you see here on Yelp about this place.
Menu is much smaller so the selection isn't near as nice.
First The Staff were very nice and friendly.
The Ambience was was plain non eventful. Not inviting as they would lead you to think.

Now for the food I have mixed reviews.
The Chicken Wings were underwhelming overcooked and overpriced for the serving size. 1 1/2 Stars.
The Onion Rings were not to bad just not fabulous. 3 Stars.
The French Fries were good but still could be Better. 3 1/2 Stars.
Loretta had The Holy - Yum Burger. Big, Juicy and Perfectly Cooked Medium Rare. Seasoned Well. Very Nice. 4 Stars.
I ordered The Fire Burger. First don't let the name scare you. It is very Mild not Spicy but has a Great Flavor Profile. 4 1/2 Stars.
The Burgers are the Star of the menu.
I Do Wish they did have more to choose from on the menu.
Sadly Not enough choices for me to return.

This has got to be the most terrible service from a business that I do not understand why they have not went out of business.
When we first arrived we got really good and prompt service.
The longer our visit lasted the worse the service got. They avoided and went around our table and we received numerous dirty looks from our waitress. Must have had the sun in her eyes deep within the establishment.
Ordered the fish and chips since I had been craving them for a couple weeks. When the order came I could not understand the audacity of the restaurant staff to even let BURNT to a crisp Hockey Pucks leave the kitchen and make it to our table! You could visibly see they were overdone and burnt.
Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and try them, almost broke a tooth biting into them!
Kept trying to get the attention of the staff as we were being ignored and finally got the attention of a gentleman who wasn't even our server.
We waited an extremely long time for our food and when they went to remake my order I asked for nachos instead. My table mates had completely finished their order and were ready to leave by the time my order was corrected.
Funny thing though is that the new order was BURNT around all exposed edges of the chips? Ordered another soft drink that arrived 22 minutes later to be able to wash down the mess.
Am in Disbelief as to how this business has the reviews it does or as to why they are still in business! When I finally finished my meal as my guests patiently waited we asked for our check.
The waitress comes and is so apologetic after the whole ordeal because she doesn't want to get cheated out of her tip for the lousy service we received from her, go figure! We gave more than the customary tip even though her service was subpar as well as the food.
To add insult to injury, two of us got sick eating the nachos!

We have been here a handful of times now. The onion rings are phenomenal. We had the beef dip today and it was decent. Just wish it had more horseradish punch to it. If i got it again I'd omit the mushrooms just to see if it made a difference or not.
I'd like to try the hamburgers next as well as their Irish egg rolls. My husband enjoys some of their beers can't tell you which one was his favorite. Love that you can sample the beers prior to committing to one pint.

The service was also fine. Not bad not stellar just fine. I think with it being a holiday I'd cut them slack since I'm sure no one wants to work a holiday. She was super nice just didn't come around super often. The place wasn't insanely busy so I would wonder where else she was maybe working... the patio? My daughter was getting fussy so i wanted to be out ASAP. So when your waitress is MIA you kind of get frantic/anxious to go.

We will def be back!

Super impressed with the food at this brewery! I don't drink, but apparently the beers are really good as well. We started looking up reviews for a good food place and this popped up for Goodyear. Surprisingly the steak chimichurri was the tastiest thing we ordered. I had an amazing burger. The portions are very large in size, but I did my best to finish all my food. I would be happy to come back and eat here, only down side is they don't allow dogs on the patio :(.

The Bison Burger was the best burger I tried here! There were so many good flavors in one bite (huge bite because it was a sizable burger). The best thing was that their fries were crispy too! The nachos were good, but the bottom chips were quite soggy and unappetizing to eat. Good burger and fries, not the best, but not the worst! I would recommend for the food!

I also wanted to note the service like a few people mentioned. It took forever for us to find our waitress to take our orders, and then when we found her, she said she had to take an order from outside first. It took quite some time. It also took a while to get our food, but we did have a large party so getting the food late was understandable! If you're in a time crunch or don't like flagging your waitress, don't come here.

Food was good. Service was not so much. Prices on the higher end for a basic restaurant. Probably could have a cheaper yet better experience at Chik or Culver's

Really really wanted to love this! We were in town for a Cheer competition and were so hungry. Unfortunately everything kind of fell flat. The fire burger looked so promising but lacked so much flavor, there was no salt. Seems impossible but the meat was so bland. The poblano cream that sold me seemed non existent. The onion rings were yummy. Our service was ok. Our experience was also just ok.

Cool place. I was only there for lunch, so didn't get to sample as many beers as I will on future visits, but the one I had was good. I had a super sloppy, but tasty reuben with a salad (to pretend to be healthy).

Big place, lots of seating. Great beer options. I'll for sure make a point to return on my next visit to the PHX area.

This is a local favorite! They recently changed their menu and we are disappointed by the high prices of many entrees. The kids meals are the best deal though! Lots of food on their plates and option for fruit. The egg roll appetizer is a must and you can't go wrong with any burger!
