I went here last night with a friend to catch up over dinner. I had gone a very, very long time ago when they were in their old location, but wasn't impressed. This location is beautiful on the inside, and the service seemed much improved, as well. They have both a "to-go" counter that you can order from when you walk in, or if you're eating in, you sit down and order from the waitstaff. They also have a small outdoor seating area.
We ordered some chips and guacamole, which were delicious: chips were freshly made and warm, and the guacamole was thick and chunky -- delicious! I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer chips and salsa for free. There was a charge for chips in addition to the guacamole. We also got margaritas, which are $2 on Mondays. They were deliciously tangy, and decently strong.
I ordered the tex-mex pizza, and my friend ordered the chimichangas. My tex-mex pizza came out on a crispy tortilla. It was a little unusual for a Mexican restaurant, but I really enjoyed it. The chimichanga was awesome, too (not surprising... they usually are!) One disappointment was that the beans that came with the chimi seemed to be out of a can.
Price-wise, it seemed pretty average. Overall, I really liked it and would return! The margaritas and the warm, freshly made chips really made it stand out.
