Highly recommend you hit up Uncle Mikes, if you're in the area! They have three locations and I completely agree with those that say that it is a must! You can't visit Wisconsin without trying Kringles - this place is known for their kringles!

Salted caramel pecan Kringle: we were told this is their most popular flavor. We bought half a Kringle, which is quite large!! Delicious layered with cinnamon, caramel and pecans! So glad we tried it! We sampled the cheese Kringle, which was also fabulous!! They had run out of the pumpkin cream cheese one by the time we got there.

Sea salt chocolate chip cookie: was also recommended to us! Delicious and worth it, if you like a good "homemade" chocolate chip cookie!

The OG location and source of the current bakery love of my life. The Kringle is absolutely fabulous. Flaky and sweet, a variety of fillings to select. Unfortunately not all are available in store, but being the flagship more here than elsewhere. Samples are abound to tempt your tastebuds. And the help are the sweetest old ladies. Worth the trip to Greenbay alone in my book

Brest Kringle on the planet. Love them all, but strawberry cream cheese is godly. Always make it a point to swing by Uncle Mikes Bake Shoppe when I'm in the area. They also have a nice selection of collectivo coffee and other frozen goods. Never had a disappointing experience from this place. Spectacular!

How in the world have I missed Uncle Mikes on my previous visits to Green Bay! The place is pastry heaven! The De Pere location has an entire wall dedicated to bakery cases with bagels, cupcakes, hand decorated cookies, donuts, Kringle, and I'm sure other goodies I'm forgetting. I wanted to order one of everything.

I ended up picking up bagels, cream cheese, hot coffee, and donuts for a work meeting. Everything was a big hit! Now I need to go back to Green Bay just so I can try some of the things I didn't order the last time!

Oh, my Goodness! What a find!! We were staying in Appleton to attend the Green Bay Packers v Seattle Seahawks game (let's not talk about who won this one, okay?). We were looking for a place to get donuts to have with our tailgating beers, and I found Uncle Mike's on Yelp!

Not only did they have an array of donuts and danishes, but also have several different flavors of Kringle!!!! WHAAAAAAT?? We grabbed a Salted Caramel Kringle and a dozen donuts and took them to the brewery for our pre-game festivities. The Kringle was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious! And it paired so nicely with the dark beers on tap at Badger State. We put the Kringle and donuts on the bar to share and everything disappeared pretty quickly.

We enjoyed it so much that we had 2 Kringles sent to my brother's for Christmas Eve in South Carolina. They liked the Kringle more than any of their other Christmas presents!!! It will make holiday and birthday shopping pretty easy from now on!! Speaking of which....... Just ordered one for us for Easter! Cheers!

We stop by weekly for chocolate chip cookies and sea salt caramel Kringle. Definitely got us hooked on this crack.

love love love!!!!! all of their baked goods are amazing and so FRESH (we did go at 6am)! the people are so friendly and the free samples taste amazing!!! i also think it is a great spot to get a gift for out of towners or those who enjoy cooking! i love it inside, so open and full of things to look at!

Excellent pastry... unique method of purchase. Anyone familiar to the Seinfeld series might compare it to the Soup Nazi episode. No matter what, you are served and checked out in a efficient fashion. The pastry was tasty and a generous portion. Only bakery I have been that better is Linda's Bakery in West Salem, WI. That's the reason for the 4 stars.

Best baked goods. So many varieties of cookies, cakes and Kringles. The smell is heavenly when you walk in the door. Love stopping for a treat or to pick up a gift when we're in town.
