Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

She was real nice but I paid 60 and in a week three fell off . I feel they should of lasted longer than that .b

They not only ruined my nails so bad from the original picture that when I said I was done a not going to pay for such a horrible job I was then insulted.
I previously mentioned having seizures which let to
Buy insulted the fact that I am bipolar and have seizures. Stated that's the only reason I would be yelling about how bad My nails are.
Was told if I wanted what I came in for to not have cheap money.
Also insulting me the entire time in vetimanmese like I couldnt understand I was being insulted.
I said I didn't even want to pay and was then told I could have a gift card or come back to be fixed.
When I said I was going to get my husband to resolve the situation I was then told while spit flying from his mouth to go ahead and get husband.
I'm going to be calling a disability lawyer and the ecoc to be filing a complaint for using a cilents medical disability against them in a derogatory manner.

Love this place because they are one of the only nail salons in Klamath falls and they take walk ins at times.

Quick and reasonable. I have had gel manicures and regular pedicures here with different nail professionals on walk-in basis. Always pleased with both the value and quality of services provided!

Second worst manicure I've ever received and the first was also by this salon. Despite my first time being horrible with them and going back the next day because they were horrible and they said they wouldn't fix them at no charge and I had to pay again so I went to another salon to have them fixed, I was in a crunch and needed to get in to get a full set and they were the only place with openings so I gave them another shot. They didn't clean up my cuticles, and my nails are lumpy. There was lint from the hand towel after washing my hands on my nails and the guy was just painting over it until I stopped him to pull the lint off myself. The nails are crooked, uneven, and not painted all the way. If I was you go somewhere else where your money isn't going to go to waste by having to have them fixed by another salon like me.

I first got a fill about a week and a half ago and it was fine. About four days into having them on they started lifting. I never broke a nail thankfully. I went to get a fill today and I wanted a nude color and was completely ignored. When drilling I kept getting constant hot spots on my nail beds and when filing I was cut and it hurts pretty bad lol. I feel like I paid for the same set twice but with a tiny tint of pink. Tried to call and get a refund but was only offered $10 for the gel color after talking back and forth for five minutes.

ZERO STARS!!! By far the worst service I have gotten ever! Nails were misshapen, bubbling and within 1 hour my shellac was peeling off. Worst $40 spent in my life.

I went despite poor Yelp reviews because it was recommended by coworker. I should have trusted reviews. Horrible. Nail techs were fine but obviously rushing. Nails cut uneven, edges jagged and rough, polish clumpy. I had to bite off remaining cuticles on the drive home. Expensive, in my opinion spa prices, $68 for basic manicure and pedicure with shellac not including tip. I think I was out the door in an hour including wait time between service. And card reader wasn't working, had to go but something to take out cash. But hey, I left with a snack, my own file/pumice to try to salvage the job at home and I didn't pay sales tax or cash withdrawal fee.
Lesson learned: if majority of reviews are bad trust them

Worst pedi ever, cut my toe bleeding, told me to not worry he was not killing me. Paid 48.00 and I honestly need to have a do over. Save your money and go somewhere else.
