We were very pleased with the services performed by Derek and his crew at our Lexington property. His pricing was completive, he arrived timely, his work was professional and the clean-up impeccable. Because of his unique equipment, he was able to get into area other tree vendors could not, without the use of large costly cranes. Derek was extremely respectful towards his crew. IE not only is he a craftsman, but appeared to be an excellent leader as well. I highly recommend giving Maribito Tree Service a shot at your tree service needs. Keep vendors like this in business.

I called Derek, he came right out gave a very fair quote, scheduled the job quickly, did a professional job and excellent clean up. He has the right equipment and even did a couple of little extras. Maribito Tree Service was selected as they have the proper, professional equipment to squeeze into a narrow space between towering trees and one's house and safely remove 80 foot pines and oaks. All their equipment does minimal damage to your lawn and they even lay down plywood sheets for additional protection.

Maribito arrived on time and immediately began working as an efficient team - I could tell they knew what they were doing in such a precarious work space. The three-man crew worked for 3.5 hours, took a half hour lunch break, returned and worked for 3 more hours. In 6 and a half hours, 4 towering pines, 2 very high oaks, 1 butternut, 2 storm damaged trees were taken down, several smaller scrub pines etc. were cut down, two oaks were trimmed up to about 60 feet, everything was chipped except the big oak trees were cut up for a neighbor to use as firewood.

Cleanup was very good. In fact the crew continually cleaned up the street and kept it neat the entire time equipment was setup there. When time came to relocate the chipper onto my property - same thing. When all cutting and chipping was done they did a pretty good cleanup job.

BTW - the chipper they have is a monster ... which loves eating trees up to around 16 inches in diameter. What a beast!

I have to say: this crew has hard workers - not a slouch among them!

OK so how was the price? Not bad given the location was very difficult and awkward. Would I use them again? Yes - and in fact there is another area with storm damaged trees, but that's for the future!
