Shitty overpriced vehicles. You will end up in a bad situation and waste your time. And whoever is "Mr Finance" is unprofessional asf.

I received a car from them and within 2 weeks and 5 days..... the car was overheating and I had to put it in the shop and cover the deductible for the warranty.... Just 19 days after dropping a deposit for the car!!!Never have I ever had to go through problems with a car I have just purchased, in such short time.... Haven't even paid the note on it yet and it's already turning out to be a lemon .... I would definitely NOT recommend any one to this place. Their quality of cars is horrible! A friend of mine's experienced the same thing shortly after receiving his car as well. Just horrible!

Poor customer service. Lack of communication. Will have you sitting in lobby literally all day, so if you go there expect to be waiting!

Terrible service and lack of communication with customer, Do not get Raphael. He doesn't tell you anything as the process is going. Then had us pick cars that he assumed we approved for just to tell us we can't get it. I would NOT recommend

Okay so Rofeal has been nothing but exceptional since I step foot in the door. I had spoken to him a few times prior inquiring about a certain vehicle. Unfortunately I came in today and the vehicle I wanted had been sold and boy am I grateful. The 2016 Malibu I purchased is a DREAM! The design is so sleek and spacious, minimal wear and tear. Did I mention the service? I highly recommend and have 0 complaints. They have excellent car selection, great service and great prices! I am really this excited and overjoyed about my purchase with this business. 10 thumbs up!

I would give this car no stars if possible. This was the worst decision i could've ever made. I got a 2013 Chrysler 200 from them and it has been nothing but problems from the start. I've been screwed with this car. If you want to be screwed with an over priced junk! Go here

This is an awful dealership. The day after I purchased my vehicle it cut off, a 2014 mid size car. I let the finance manager know and he said the car should be fine but I could take it to my mechanic. I took it to my mechanic to have it fixed and the finance manager said that he would not reimburse me but he was persistent on asking me on a date!! My car continued to cut off I took it back to big three and they took it to their referred mechanic at big red's automotive and they'd had my car for 3 weeks and never called to update me because they never started on my car and when I kept calling they wouldn't answer or would say they'll call me back. Big Three did not give me a loaner or a rental until going into my 4th week without my car and I still had to pay my own deposit! And I still do not have my car but I am still paying my car note and insurance!

On April 12,2017 I purchased a 2012 nissian Altima from big three auto in Detroit 2 days after the purchase (April 14, 2017) the engine light came on and the car stalled and kept loud noises I then returned back to the dealership my salesman Rofel Miller said they would take to their repair shop As of this day 1 year later (April 12, 2017) same problem still exist I have returned the car back to the dealer at least 10 times each time they kept the car 14-38 days they would return it back to me (same problem) I have not had any use out of the car it is always in repair according to the dealer. I still have to make monthly pymt on a car that I NEVER have the use of as of now today (4/12/18) I still don't have the car the dealer still has it. I feel I was taken advantage of my patience has ran it course I have filed several complaints against big 3 auto. Still waiting to hear from them
