Burger King

Visited Saturday (04/02) around 7 pm. Ordered a fish sandwich and 6 piece chicken nugget kid's meal. The fish sandwich was lukewarm and soggy with a bun that was hard and stale tasting. After eating one chicken nugget my grandson (8 years old) said it tasted funny and didn't want anymore. Five minutes later he was puking all over the backseat of my car. He wasn't vomiting or feverish before eating that nugget and wasn't sick after vomiting. Hmm, me thinks this store is serving spoiled food. Perhaps the health department should pay a visit.

This place was soooooo disappointing there around 10 am very busy drive thru so was thinking everything would be fresh and hot! I ordered the French toast sandwich soooooo sad. It came to me cold soggy was not browned like French toast should be ot was eggy looking color on outside, the hash browns were cold and tough. Waited nearly 25 minutes to get this order. My dads food was also cold. I'm so sad that these restaurants trying not to go under could care less what there serving you the hard working public and expect us to eat this garbage. It was ok at first when the state started allowing them to operate the food was pretty good, but as things started to open up more the quality went straight down the tubes. So if your looking for a cold fast lunch or breakfast then it will work for you. Me personally the way the economy is going I work to darn hard to get a cold meal from a restaurant it's got to stop! Burger king you need to take care of your customers or your going to loose what's left of your business. Grill your own burger its soooooo much better and probably will be hot!

After many Years of eating at Burger king I have decided this one store has to be the most unprofessional I have ever been to, To state After ordering the same thing almost daily Two Double Bacon Cheeseburgers, nothing special or difficult at all.. on April 19th at around 7pm I placed this same order and thought nothing of it after driving back home to enjoy my meal Before work I noticed That the Bacon had been forgotten, after speaking to an employee after this I was told they would write the info down and go ahead and replace it, long story short When I went to have my order replaced I was meet With an unapologetic response and told that they had never recorded the call and treated me as if I was trying to steal from the, While I was trying to look up the date and time of the call to try to further clarify The Manger acted very unprofessional, When I called and tried to find out who the Manger was I spoke to The employees told me They can not tell me any of the employees names (The Mangers) and hung up on me, I was never once rude with them or demanding, they show they do not value the customer at all... do not support this burger king, there are several other business in the area That will provide you with sufficient customer service without an attitude.

It's a Burger King, nothing special. The food was as good as can be expected and the restraunt was clean. They had tea and condiments behind the counter so you have to ask for ketchup if you want it. The staff was friendly and well kept.
