Russell & Abbott has helped me, and my family, and a few friends. They are awesome.
Really professional and knowledgeable technicians combined with a friendly and attentive office staff. They are always there when they say they will be, and none of the people we have referred them to have ever been disappointed either. Definitely a higher quality company than your average out-of-a-guys-garage type of hvac, or the big and impersonal ones. I just wish we had known about them at our last house.
My daughter loves Olive the dog on the trucks too!

I am very happy with the service I received, very timely, and was quite impressed with Zach's knowledge of my systems. He also was very kind and conversational with my grandchildren, so very much 2 thumbs up!!

It was a winter day on January 27th, 2022 and our heating system stopped working all of a sudden. It was also my first-time calling Russell & Abbott for service. I'm so glad I did! Bruce, the service manager, responded promptly and efficiently to our emergency and with below freezing temperatures approaching, it was a critical issue. He squeezed my emergency service call into their busy schedule and the same day Logan and Tim, their technicians arrived. They went the whole nine yards and took no break until our heating unit was back in service! They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I enrolled in their comfort club and now my family and I are their loyal customers. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone that wants a quality and reliable HVAC service!

I recently bought a home in the area and wanted to have the HVAC system checked out and make sure everything was working up to speed. I sent a service request email and contacted with in the hour and was able to set up an appointment for the next working day. Jeff showed up right on time, asked what concerns or problems we may have and immediately explained what he would do. He was very thorough in checking the system and explaining what he was doing. He was able to determine we needed a minor repair and took care of it. I felt they did an excellent job at a fair price and even gave a senior discount. I highly recommend Russell & Abbott for heating and a/c repairs.

The compressor on our not so old Trane unit was getting ready to go out, so we decided to replace the unit. We ended up being pretty disappointed with the Trane units we purchased. Russell and Abbot have their own proprietary system that is built to their specifications. They have been great each time they have come to service our units and we made the decision to purchase their Black Onyx unit. Mike in sales came three times to the house to discuss our needs. He met with us initially to go over the system, came back the second time with an installation specialist to look at our ductwork, and presented us with all of the options on the third visit. He explained everything in detail and the installation team came back five days later and installed the unit. Skylar, Mark and Anson spent the better part of the day taking care of the installation. They did a great job and showed us how to use the new system before they left. Russell & Abbott goes the extra mile by doing things like installing surge protectors on the exterior and interior units. They warranty their product for ten years which includes yearly maintenances as well. We have been very pleased and felt comfortable from purchase to installation.

Very happy with our new HVAC installed by Russell & Abbott. Chris Hurley came out and did a full inspection of our old system, our house and ducts. We got three quotes (two from other vendors). Of all the folks we talked with Russell & Abbott seemed the most knowledgeable. In addition to that they also have their own HVAC unit (ONYX) that they have designed and provide an amazing warranty and guarantee on. They replaced our complete system, did an excellent and very professional job and completed everything in one day. I highly recommend them.

They were able to send a tech to come take care of my leaking AC, within just one day after my call for help, and during the busiest time of year for them. Bravo!

These guys always come thru for us when we need them. Needed a new unit and had to buy a new one. Went with the Onyx because of the 10 yr warranty. No interest financing. Good bunch of people. Installation went as plan. Gave them 4 stars because the $$$$
