3rd car , same shop! I love these guys. Am always greeted by name when I stop in with issues. Fair prices and down home feel, I don't worry about them fixing something that aint broke. Just like a barber , when you find the right Car Repair Shop stick with them!
Have always had good work and even warranty work with them with no issues.
Good people, close to home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Theresa S.San Francisco, CA02Apr 3, 2024
Liars and thieves. They pretended to be willing to help me but ransacked robbed my RV and lied to me, the police, BBB, and Consumer Affairs. Stole all my things worth money including clothing, medicines, private documents, etc. This was my home.

This company engages in predatory practices and flagrantly violates Arizona law.
Rushing and Son's insistence on cash payments for towing is a clear violation of Arizona law (HB 2306). They impose exorbitant, arbitrary fees with forced cash payments. Their unethical conduct raises serious concerns about their integrity.
Avoid this business and opt for a reputable automative company that follows the law, treats customers fairly, and offers transparent services at reasonable prices.Helpful 5Thanks 2Love this 3Oh no 0 - Trevor B.Scottsdale, AZ07Sep 9, 2023
Had my car towed by them despite proper payment for parking. Insisted on cash payment which does not seem moral. Refused to waive more than $50 even though I had proof of payment for my parking.

They took my car from Sierra Vista to Tucson and charged me $1000 for it when it wasn't even illegally parked. The worked at circle k told me I had twenty four hours to retrieve my vehicle and not even 4 hours later I returned, grabbed the battery, and went to AutoZone to buy another. I was gone for 15 minutes just to return to my car on one of their trucks. My tools for work and anything else of value was with me because I was currently moving out of my girlfriend's house and the driver wouldn't let me get anything out of the vehicle. This is definitely predatory and I don't understand how they can take advantage of somebody like me who has nowhere near enough funds to get this vehicle out now. The driver was very rude and threw his business card at me as he drove away. I wish I could file a lawsuit or something like that but I honestly have no clue how these things work..

Broke down and needed a tow, on Thanksgiving day. No response from my insurance roadside assistance. Called rushing and was answered by a very friendly lady and got me a tow truck within 30 min. Beautiful new truck, friendly driver, just put me at ease. I highly recommend this company. The customer service was out of the park. Thank you rushing & sons.

My car was towed by this company last weekend during UOFA family weekend. Their closest kiosk was broken and we didn't plan to be at this spot longer than an hour. Needless to say within that hour, my car got towed. Not as mad about that as the following interactions that occurred. I payed the $375 to get out. They forgot to give me my registration back. This was frustrating due to the lack of care and poor handling on their end. (Also if you get towed be sure to have the ID of the person who hold the registration or else you are SOL.) I then had to turn around to pick it up. Super annoying. The worst part was the false information on the texted receipt. They claimed my car was towed back to the yard 3 hours ahead of the actual time. This is super sketchy and scammy because if I had waited another 12 hours... I would have had to pay for 3 days of tow because their false information in the receipt. Needless to say this business is ran poorly by questionable characters. I brought this falsely stated time to the attention of the man that towed my car and he seemed to be oblivious to it. All he could do was look at me with his jaw on the floor and act like this isn't a common occurrence and proceed to tell me he can't do anything about it. It is important for anyone to have accurate info on a tow that happens especially when it costs nearly $400. Needless to say, this company is schemey and a poor business overall. I feel sorry for anyone to be apart of their scam.

This review is for the towing part of the company. Obviously no one is going to LIKE a towing company, but that's not why I'm writing this review. This is due to their unprofessional manner, the woman who towed me basically insinuated it was personal because of some prior interaction she had with my mother in law. I let that go and told her it was fine I just needed a card to know where to get my vehicle and she continued to say things trying to "rub" it in essentially which I also let go. Then when I came this morning to pick up my vehicle they weren't open yet even tho the hours on google show 8 AM. Some random women drove up and asked if I know the price I'm supposed to pay? I'm just very confused by this whole process, I've had prior experiences with my old apartments and I've never dealt with such a sloppy unorganized business.

Chris and Erin worked with my warranty company to get the transmission fixed on my 2005 Nissan Armada. They got it fixed in 3 days, it runs great. Erin was very patient answering my questions and giving me a good time frame for repairs to be complete. I loved their work and would highly recommend them.
