I ordered to go with door dash and they gave me the wrong order so I took it back. they gave away my food to someone else and was not going to remake my food. It took 15 minutes and talking to 3 different people for them to finally make me my food. Finally got home to eat it and it was terrible. Worst experience I've had in a while.

Seating was quick. I ordered the Grilled Salmon with grilled zucchini and steamed broccoli. The meal was great as was the service. I don't understand why they only have 2.5 stars. Anyway, I've eaten here a lot and will continue to do so.

Jessica is amazing server and I really appreciate her and she is on top of everything I give her a 100 stars if it would let me

I would not eat here! No wait times and still waited 15 minutes for someone to greet us. Server didn't know hardly anything about the menu. It took at least 10 minutes for him to get our drinks and then by that time we were very upset and left. The entire experience was very terrible and this is coming from someone that's worked in the service industry for multiple years!

The atmosphere was kinda weird and the food took forever to make, but it was pretty good I guess.

Food is cheap and tastes like fancy microwaves meals. If you want an upset stomach this is the place for you! Overpriced drinks, dishes and a terrible bartender named, Ryan. The waitresses and hostesses were amazing, but don't expect a good bartender named Ryan!

Overall it was okay. Clean and decent decor. Wait staff seemed more like used car salesmen then servers. They were polite though. Food was so so. Not bad though. Prices were reasonable. Salad bar wasn't too fresh.

If I could give negative 5 starts I would. I drove all the way from KY to shop in Morristown today and thought Ruby Tuesday's would be a good place to eat because of their salad bar. BOY WAS I WRONG. Our waitress was horrible & the service was slow. She brought me the wrong drink twice & kept forgetting simple things like a straw and napkins. After over an hour of waiting for our food we finally we finally told her to bag it. Once I got it home and tried it my 16 dollar I realized it would've tasted it better if it came off the dollar menu at McDonalds & the Mac & cheese tasted like it had sat out for hours. I will probably never be back and advise anyone else not to go.

Can never get a good steak here. Burgers are decent. And the salad bar is a plus. Always extremely cold and the service is Always, Always SLOW!!

Hello. I eat out twice a day. I had the bright Idea of stopping in there today for lunch. It was just my three year old and I. My baby girl is very small and just doesn't eat much, so I was gonna order the fresh bar with the cheeseburger minis and share with her. Evidently that was against all the rules. While normally my family enjoys going in there in the evening. We wont any longer. Sorry, no review on food because I left after I paid for my $3 iced tea. She made me feel like I was trying to steal the two sips of drink and probably three fries that my daughter was gonna eat. This is my very first bad review on any place, but I have never been treated like that. My daughter is 3 and probably 20lbs wet. We never order for her. Steamed:(:(
