My daughter had her nails done for her birthday. She requested Disney nails and they nailed the design she wanted. She loves them! Everyone was really nice and welcoming.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have come three different times and all three times something wrong happens. Spent three hours and $90 for acrylic nails just to have the shellac painted on my skin and the cuticles to be looking like the picture below. Not worth the money, or the time that it takes for something like this. Manager did offer money back and to take the nails off, but still seem to not care about the complaints that originally were made.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was a disappointment. My friend and I went in - I requested a shellac mani and she had a deluxe pedi.
It depends on who your tech is but my lady rushed the whole process and sped through everything in an unprofessional manner. I don't mind things being fast, but she didn't shape my nails, she didn't apply anything evenly (they are so thick) and there is polish all over my skin.
She also did a single fast swipe over all 5 fingers at the same time for my cuticle oil at the end.
When she gave me a "hand massage" she slapped in lotion and didn't massage it in all the way. She also didn't finish curing my nails all the way.
At the end when I was paying, i noticed she charged me for a full acrylic set when it was a shellac manicure. I'm just so disappointed and it looks worse than when I take my time at home to do my own gel mani. I hate that I saved my money to get my nails done (I haven't done this in over 4 years) and this to be the case
Also if you look at the reviews- a lot of the 5 star ones are bots / use the same pics.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 2 - Brooke G.OR, OR01Mar 16, 2024
This place scams you into spending more than what you agree too. Shady. After scheduling the $46 pedicure and pointing to the price sheet for the $46
Pedicure they charged $64Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sandy C.Bend, OR236162547Apr 8, 2023Updated review

Very friendly but they did not do a good job. They messed up the thickness and shape on each of my nails are very different lengths. The lady doing mine was not doing the best and other employees noticed and tried helping discreetly her fix it but paying $80 for nails that don't look good, is not a great feeling. My pinky nails are longer than my middle finger nails. Each nail is inconsistent to one another. Would not recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. I've consistently received very rude service, but have gone back as they are one of the easier places in town to get into.
This most recent time they were removing my acrylics and ripped off multiple pieces of my fingernails. Half of my thumb nail is just flapping. The nail tech did not offer any anti-septic's or and sanitizer to clean up the wounds.
This place is known for being very pushy, and unwelcoming, which I can usually deal with. Todays service though was unacceptable.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Moana K.Terrebonne, OR01Jan 9, 2024
I had one mediocre pedicure here several weeks back and decided to try again. On Sunday I went back for another pedicure and was really upset after my visit. First of all I had requested Tiffany because someone told me she does a great job. When I checked in for my appt. I clarified I had a pedi appt with Tiffany. Once seated a man began the service(obviously not Tiffany).
As he started to remove my gel polish he was causing a lot of pain by over drilling off my polish with the electric drill. I know lots of nails techs do a great job using a efile and I've never had so much discomfort. I could already see I had multiple nicks on my cuticles that were bleeding. Even once the gel polish was removed my toenails were still so so tender which I've never had happen before. I've felt that little burn that quickly goes away but this was much more painful.
Once he began nail work he did not use any cuticle softener and didn't even clean under or around my nails. He cut my toenails back when I had mentioned I didn't want them trimmed back. He also did not push back or trim away my cuticles at all.
I always opt for the upgraded pedicure that includes a scrub, mask, and paraffin. So I told him I'd like the middle tier pedi they offer. He kept insisting I get the top teir pedi for a longer massage which I did decline 3 times. I didn't appreciate the pushyness while I was trying to relax. I am a service provider and understanding upselling but it was excessive.
Once it was time for polish I chose a silver glitter which he only applied a single coat of. I'm a cosmetologist so I know it's standard to apply toe coats of polish. The single coat is sheer and doesn't give enough coverage at all.
The most upsetting thing about this whole experience is once I arrived home I noticed my toenails still so tender to pressure so while I was looking at them I can feel how thin they are at the tip with a huge hump at the back of the nail. It is obvious that he was way to aggressive to the efile. For $71 I would NEVER go back. Don't waste your time or money.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lexi P.Salt Lake City, UT67184Nov 29, 2022
This salon seems to get a lot of bad reviews and after having visited for 3 acrylic sets so far I have to say that I completely disagree. When they're busy you may wait for a little while longer, but John is HILARIOUS and makes the wait worth it. And he takes the time to make sure the nail shape is always perfect which I so appreciate. They're funny and have a good time in the salon!
