Ross Dress for Less

I AM DONE GIVING THIS LOCATION A CHANCE TO REDEEM ITSELF WHEN IT CONSISTENTLY LETS ME DOWN HARD.

This must be one of the worst locations in town, Management of this store needs to get on the ball.

This store always has dirty floors, smells like baby diaper dookie and is a complete disaster.

The shelves and racks are EMPTY. The store is disorganized and nothing makes sense. This store always resembles the aftermath of the day after Christmas shopping would.

I won't do this to myself again because there is nothing they have in stock that I could purchase anyways. They need to order more merchandise for this store. They need to spend some time cleaning and organizing. It is a complete hot mess of a disaster and it does NOT have to be this way.

The employees are not motivated nor do they care if they don't have shit in stock. I witnessed an employee walk right by a dress laying on the floor, she even grazed it with her foot. Did she pick it up? No, she continued on her frowning path. Anyhow I just wanted to express my extreme disappointment in this particular location.

One last note, I understand that the Customer's are to blame as well for the mess. However when you work in a retail slop house like this you know what you are in for.

This location is on the corner or Hayes and Decatur. The store is clean and well maintained, but the customer service is lackluster. They seemed to be well staffed today with 5 people behind the service desk thing and one person actually ringing customers up.

Really nice store by Arizona Charlie. Large parking lot. Very friendly staff. I bought a few items. It's not the most safe feeling outside at night that's all.

One cashier and the line does a double loop when there are other employees just standing there. Ridiculous to have to wait 22 minutes just to pay for a shirt.

Sucks I had to even give 1 star. I took my 3 year old sun shopping we got him shoes and a new outfit toys and a couple other things that he needed I'm going to the checkout and they didn't take my card so I had to leave to go to the ATM which is fine however my cashier Jennifer so that she would leave all my things right there waiting for me mind you I just spent almost 3 hours in the store shopping with a 3 year old is not easy, I come back to the store to find they had already taken all of my belongings and put them back on the shelf. This to me is inconsiderate arrogant and ignorant. Personally I have no tolerance for ignorance Jennifer. Why would you waste your time telling somebody that you're going to hold their things and then do the complete opposite. I believe what it boils down to is women in general need to stop trying to break each other down and build each other up quit hating on the next beautiful woman and instead build her up. There is no other reason that I can come up with other than I was just a typical woman hating on another beautiful woman it's very sad and pathetic as well. The security guard was very nice on duty I don't know her name and she had curly long gray hair thank you for providing me with my cashier's name as well.

Terrible you ask for restroom and said not available will be used after the pandemia over its ridiculous you shopping for hours in you location I walk out not buy. Nothing I went another Ross and let you used ridiculous

Worse Ross In Vegas . I came in with a receipt waited an hour for a store credit with a two week old receipt and had to give my ID . I'm moving out of this ghetto side of town it's horrible here .

Been to this location a few times before, hoping to find good deals like all other locations but my life is worth more than stepping out of my car in the neighborhood... just kidding.

People complain that this store and general area is not safe. I feel that if you're not looking for trouble you should be fine.

This store in particular doesn't carry jerseys or imperfect Jordans but they do offer all other items for cheap.

Whenever I visit Arizona Charlie's, I stumble in here hoping to land a jackpot of a deal. Hasn't happened yet though.

Went and bought a comforter set it was used and dirty and filthy on the inside the pillows were stained and they hid it by turning them inside so you couldn't see from the outside

My bf and I were looking for luggage to buy for all the stuff we bought in Vegas to take back home. We stopped by this Ross since it was the first one on the way back to the hotel and I should have turned around as soon as i turned into the parking lot.

There were foreigners selling cut open slices of oranges in the parking lot and a homeless leather wearing guy near the entrance slapping his forehead. The dirty diapers and empty bottles of beer in the parking lot should have been another clue to move on.

Holy smokes this location smells like baby poo diapers. Not newborn poo but toddler poo. I don't know how the workers can work here.

Selection was horrible also. Merchandise looks dirty and not well taken care of. The family next to me was looking at bags too and threw one on the floor and walked off somewhere else.

I highly do not recommend this location! I gave an extra star for the friendly staff but the smell in here is deadly! Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.
