Let me begin by saying that I have looked for a good 10 years for some delicious pupusa, and have not been able to find a place as delicious as this I had the Chicharrón with queso and a fajita pupusa, and they were absolutely delicious!!! We also ordered the Yuca con chicharrón and plantains as well!
I will say that the waitress there was amazing. She noticed that we didn't eat our yuca and asked us why when I told her it wasn't as fried as I was used to. She gave me tips on how to order it the next time, and was very pleasant about the whole experience .
As for the ambience it's OK, there's a TV with some music tons of booth, seating capability, which is my favorite
In conclusion, if you're in the Mesquite area, I definitely suggest you pop in and have some of this amazing Salvadoran foodHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 116659May 8, 2023
We got the order to go and the service was very quick! They estimated 10 minutes, but we got our order quicker than that! The food was pretty good, I wish the pupusas were a little thicker a the yucca less dry and more crispy, but otherwise very satisfied! The rice was delicious! Inside the restaurant is welcoming and has a cute neon sign area for pictures!

absolutely perfect everytime. my consistent favorite and go to are the chicken and cheese pupusas and the bean and cheese along with a side of beans (SOOOOOOO FREAKING GOOD but taste note is they are on the saltier side in a good way to me) and a side of rice!!! mix the rice and beans for a bite and it's heaven. i love showing people this place! their green salsa is such a great spice, i really have no complaints and never do. i don't speak the most spanish but it's enough to order and the ladies are sweet everytime with prompt service. te amo rosi's!!!!!!

Okay, we have had Salvadorian food on more than one occasion and really liked what we had especially given that it was spicy and flavorful, it really brought something from the kitchen to the table.
Rosi's not bad but definitely needs some serious Improvement on their salsa for example. Very Bland, very not hot, no heat just basically tasted like stewed tomato sauce from a can, and when I ask for something hotter in the salsa area, they heated up the tomato sauce LOL. Language barrier much?
What this place needs to add is more spice to their menu and I'm not talking about salt, pepper or coriander, I'm talking about something that's got a little kick, this is Texas and we like jalapenos, Habaneros, Chili's and so on. Tomilos would even be great for their salsa. Pico de gallo would be awesome as an offering, provided the jalapenos used were nice and hot.
The the medium steak that we got was on point the color, the texture just a very visual beautiful look when they brought it to us; just absolutely gorgeous, the shrimp was not bad definitely needed spice as in a little garlic, something to spice it up give it somebody otherwise it was just Bland.
The jalapeno mashed potatoes, a little too much salt and BLAND they had no real flavor,, but the texture was on point. I liked the idea of the mixing in of the chopped jalapenos but other than the portion size and the Visual, meh.
The black beans that came with our sampler platter excellent, the cream a Thin and Bland had no real flavor to it whatsoever and again the salsa was basically Bland Stewed Tomatos oh, more like stewed tomatoes.
The plantains were excellent, the pupusas which were spinach and queso was very good and the Yucca was nice and crisp on the outside with a firm body but tender on the inside. All in all not bad at all.
But again being a Latin Cuisine, you would expect something more spicy something that brought some more heat and this is a serious mattrr in the Latin meal. It just didn't bring it.
Our waitress Laura was good, very attentive; she did try to get us what we needed again I think there was a slight language barrier, it is what it is.
But, all in all given that the food was so Bland even with the good service, we don't think we'll be back for a while. It just didn't bring what we expected from previous experiences with such Latin Cuisine, Salvadorian that is.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jean-Luc D.Memphis, TN30101Jul 15, 2023

The pupusas are really really good. Not too soggy, not too crispy just right. The pork and cheese are a go to. Yuca and Chicharrón also on point. Definitely recommend if you are looking for pupusas in the area. The establishment is nice, clean and spacious though I did not eat there.

Good service and the carne guisada was tender and flavorful. Pupusas were good. A large cup was used for a to-go horchata. I recommend.
