Awful attorney. Once the $7,000 for the initial retainer was paid, Kerry Rosenquist did not give a flying fuck anymore. They talk themselves and their legal abilities up to get you to pay their retainer and lock in with them. Once you're locked in, they do not give a flying fuck about you or your case. At the end of following their legal advice when they were representing me, I ended up with a worse result than if I had a public attorney or even if I had represented myself. Kerry Rosenquist will literally y'all you into fucking your self over and agreeing to the worst possible scenario so your case gets wrapped up as quick as possible. Do not go here. Do not make the same mistake as me. Do not waste thousands of dollars.

I have never been treated more inhuman by a business in my life. They took 2,500 dollars from me and 5 weeks before my court hearing dropped me as a client because I wanted to question my bill and what my lawyer had done this far. The owner of this company, Pat Rosenquist, hung up the phone on me as I was asking questions and kept acting like it was a money issue even though I repeatedly said it was not. I have paid all of my bills with this firm. I also was told prior to this conversation with Pat I could switch lawyers if I was unhappy yet was hung up on and not given any option that was stated I would have by my attorney. I now have no lawyer five weeks before my divorce case and have to file a formal complaint with the American Bar association against them because I have proof of their mistreatment and also misinformation and mismanagement of my case. I manage at a vision center in Minnesota and I never could imagine treating a client the way I was treated it actually was extremely disheartening seeing as I am trying to keep my children away from an abuser. This firm absolutely does not care about people. I am shocked they have been allowed to treat people like this as it is apparent the owner does this to people all the time, despite my lowered tone and knowledge on what I was speaking on for him to continuously try to yell over me and hang up the phone because I was concerned about my case, that shows he does not care about the law of treatment of the clients that come to his firm. I was just a check not a person. Absolutely horrified this firm still exists. Don't waste your time, emotion, or money with them.

I truly wish zero stars was an option. Working with Kerry Rosenquist and his assistant, Rachel, was by far the worst "professional" experience I have ever had. On 3 separate occasions Kerry set us up with a strategy that he claimed would be approved at the next court date. On all 3 occasions he told us minutes before the appearance in court that he hadn't looked into before his promises and the strategy was not an option. Clearly he spoke before looking into the actual law. Leaving us with no options walking into an appearance. Rachel was rude, dismissive, and vindictive. She was our only point of contact since Kerry was never available. After several failed attempts at communication with her on multiple issues, she started charging us finance charges. She eventually had to remove them once I pointed out our payments were always early, not late as she assumed they were. She would go weeks without responding. When she finally did respond she wouldn't answer questions that were asked.

I will not only NOT recommend this law firm, I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to hire them. Nobody deserves the disrespect they show, especially when they are making thousands of dollars from the client.
