Rosati's Pizza

The bartenders are the best with their service and witty sense of humor. The wings also are delicious!

We live close to this Rosati's, so we order from here fairly often, and I haven't been very impressed by the food, service, or cost of most of the things they have on the menu. We generally order mozzarella sticks which are 6 in an order. They're better than buying frozen in store, but they aren't the best I've ever had, not even close. For 6 mozzarella sticks, it's $10. Not worth it. I made them from scratch the other day just to see how hard it would be. The ingredients didn't even total $10, I was able to make and freeze about 24 cheese sticks, and deep fried a few just to see if they would measure up to the $10 Rosati's ones. They were on par and wayyy cheaper. Can't recommend that. Then their pizza is also not the best I've had. They use too much thick corn meal on the bottom making it messy in more ways that one when trying to eat it. The cheese and most ingredients used are usually tasty and seem fresh. People working at the pick-up counter never seem that happy to be there and don't seem to understand how to greet people or acknowledge that they're there and waiting to be helped. I'd stop ordering from there if they weren't the best option within 10 miles of our house. But they're alright if you have $50 to blow on a large pizza and mediocre cheese sticks.

The last few times I've tried to order out pizza here I have had to wait about 30 minutes longer than expected. There are about 7 high school age kids "working" and no one seems to know what they are doing. No manager in sight and a lot of dumb kids running around. Good pizza but no oversight.

Great service, staff knew the answer to the rewards question. We asked for extra sauce and well done pizza and it was perfect! Thank you!

Little disappointed in the service. Once I was sat at a table. After 10 minutes a server came over my order was simple side salad and the 3 cheese baked penne and a unsweetened tea. Took a while to get the drink. The. After 10 minutes or so I get my salad then the pasta came. Never seen my server again until he brought the bill. No refill on the drink. The place was slow only maybe 3-4 tables in the whole place. Now the food. The pasta was really good and the sauce was nice. The cheese was good I. The beginning but if you don't eat fast it becomes hard once it cooled down. Didn't like that. I'm a fast eater so it wasn't sitting to long. Would of have a better score if it wasn't for the service.

First off I had to wait on extra 15 minutes for my order. It was a pick up order.
I've eaten a lot of Rosati's pizza before at various locations. This location was absolutely the worst!
Usually the pizza is Loaded with cheese. These pizza's had absolutely none whatsoever. The wings were also a joke. I ordered a pound but I wanted them half & half. They said no problem. We just put the sauce on the side. They forgot to inform me "the sauce on the side " would be an extra $2.
For a total of almost $77 for 2 pizzas & an order of wings I would say I was actually ripped off!
Save yourself about $57 & go to Little Caesars for better food.

This rosati is horrible, they messed up my order,it was a delivery order. Management did not care. I was sent the wrong order he did not care to make it right.The pizza was running off the crust. Never will I order from them again. The person that took the order never repeated the order back to double check. The so called manager said he would have to listen to the recording. He made me feel like a liar , please do not waste your money here. He is a joke and very bad customer service.

Service is atrocious and the pizza is mediocre at best. Picking up food is a nightmare, had a less than pleasant interaction with the manager Brea after reluctantly giving me a refund for a order they screwed up. Oh and don't ever order delivery it never shows up in the time window and is usually a mess. So many better choices in Yorkville now. They also now have a 3.9 PERCENT SERVICE CHARGE for credit or debit, never ever again we're done.

No complaints. Have orders pizzas a several times over the summer now and everything has been spot on. Can typically find coupons out there to save a few bucks. They hand write a message inside box top which is neat. Enjoy, thanks, etc.

This is a solid 4 stars. I have been coming here for years, usually just for a slice of pizza and would watch sports during my lunch break. Perfect combo. The restaurant is always clean and never ran into en employee that didn't seem happy to work there. That's a huge plus

I just ordered a large deliver order for work yesterday. I called before business hours and they were able to get the delivery to us just after 11 and it was piping hot. Very impressed with the quality and time it took to get the order to us, correctly.

The pizza is great quality as well. I still prefer their slices of hand tossed dough and their specialty slices but you can still never go wrong with their thin crust
