Rosati's Pizza

Of the many Rosati's in my area my favorite is the elburn location small unit, clean and welcoming. Front service worker is always polite, friendly and ready to work and again out of all the Rosati's. I find this one food to be the most consistent and delicious.

Lady on the phone was kind of rude I don't know if I'll be going or ordering again. Probably not.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Many others have reviewed Roast's Elburn the same way. Paid almost 100.00 for 2 pizza and one was one topping. Charged for 2 deliveries and we didn't want it delivered. Didn't honor coupon. Gave driver a tip as it wasn't their fault. Credit charge was charged the wrong amounts. I contacted owner. He was SOOOOO disrespectful. Told me it wasn't his problem!. Went to the store for a print out to prove to Chase the incorrect charges. Charges where again more than what he told me on the phone the day before. When I asked a question he screamed at me to get out of the store. I have NEVER EVER been treated like this. I am so upset that this is the first time I have EVER reviewed a restaurant. This was so worth my time as people shouldn't be treated this way.

This review is mostly to acknowledge the owner works hard to provide good customer service. And the food is good. We find the veggie pizza and cheesy garlic bread to be excellent. But it is the guy who owns the place, and the staff, who try very hard to make this business work, and provide a good product to customers, that is what makes it 5 stars.

If you have ever had authentic Italian pizza this is the exact opposite..... friendly staff but terrible pizza. Place isn't the cleanest.

Stopped in on a whim while passing through and was not disappointed. I'm glad I didn't Yelp this place before I came because they deserve way more stars. The staff was friendly. The seating area is limited, but clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. And the prices are reasonable.
We opted for pizza because I couldn't get over the smell when we walked in. But I saw other meals that looked as good and smelled just as good. The garlic cheesy bread was perfect. I loved the marinara sauce. The pizza was cut square which in my opinion is the only way to cut a pizza and was fabulous!
We will definitely stop in again the next time we are in town.

For everyone that lives orders from here for delivery- don't order from the elburn Rosati's pizza!! They screwed up my order twice, even after calling to get it fixed, then disrespected my myself and my husband. When he called to speak to the manager today, the manager told him he didn't need my business and they'll be completely fine! What a terrible way to do business! This is not the first time they've messed up our orders either. Absolutely done with them. Ordering from paisanos from now on. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I have ordered there Pizza only, on Mondays 1/2 off specials and taken it to a Meeting it was well received by all. Much better pizza than the previous management. It doesn't seem like they're cutting corners, like before.

That being said, I hope you don't have a problem with an order, because trying to get the owner to understand the problem. Is an exercise futility.

Everything about it is gross, & i've tried several diff items! Better off popping a tombstone in the oven!

Worst customer service ever!!! We have alot of family in Elburn and I will make sure that none of us ever spend a penny here again. Apparently if they get too busy they cant help what their cook makes lol. The order was wrong and manager threw the order at my elderly mother and said "it is what it is" after we went back to get our order the second time.. Guess what it was wrong again. Never again.
