The orange juice was fresh tasted like it came from a juicer. My waiter answered all of my questions so good service. Food needed a more seasoning like the biscuits and gravy ,the bacon is crispy, eggs are perfect now the main character, the chocolate chip pancakes. They were pretty good syrup mostly carried it if you don't like don't get the pancakes the potatoes were a little funny tasting , but they were still pretty good The presentation was OK. It wasn't good or really bad chocolate chip pancakes could have used more presentation. If the presentation was a little bit better I would've gave it like a four, but everything was pretty good for the most part.

We came for breakfast. The vibe is cool. The food is average. The potato was overcooked. The crepe was not good

I don't write reviews but we spent so much time here this weekend I thought it was only right. Came in all weekend for breakfast due to being in town for a conference. Love the ambiance. Was greeted by the host. Super friendly. Manager came over to help them out seeing they were obviously struggling and recognized us from Friday. She checked in on us and everyone else as we waited. She cleared the area in no time every single day we waited. She was super friendly, made us feel like locals. She definitely knows how to hustle. We were quoted 45 minutes she was able to get us sat in 15. Kudos to her. We tried several different things over the weekend and everything was exceptional. My wife loved the crepes. Yes all of them. Which I think she tried them all over the weekend. We may have drank too many mimosas and were a little loud but that didn't seem to bother anyone. Our server Amber was great and helped us with some recommendations and was very attentive. Saturday we had Amaya also great and today we had Amber again. The decor is great the music was perfect and the staff all seemed to be working hard. We got some souvenir cups to take back home. Can't wait to come back next year.

      Iced coffee was awesome!
Biscuits & gravy had an interesting flavor that I did not care for but I'm also use to southern cream gravy.
The potatoes are sliced then pan fried they were pretty good but also had a spice on them that I wasn't a big fan of.
I would eat here again but I would order something different next time.

      1 check-in

While in St. Louis for work, I ventured over to Rooster's for breakfast one morning. The restaurant is big, open and has a cute aesthetic with a large bar. I was sat immediately as the restaurant was not busy and shortly after being sat, a waitress greeted me, but I told her I needed one second to peruse the menu - water is already available at the table once you are sat.

After looking at the menu, I ordered the farmer's platter which comes with three eggs, potatoes, meat and toast. I added cheese to my eggs and for my meat I got chicken sausage patties. I am not sure how to put this nicely or how to represent as a Yelp Elite, but umm the food was not good...at all. The eggs had no seasoning, clearly my cheese was put on last minute as it wasn't melted at all, the chicken sausage was...two thumbs down. My potatoes lacked flavor and also was not good and one of my pieces of toast was burnt. Lastly, they make their own ketchup and that sh*! was just gross, I am so sorry to be brutally honest.

The service was great, my waitress was sweet and attentive, but the food was bad and I didn't eat it all, which is not my normal. Sorry, I don't recommend, maybe for drinks though!

In St. Louis for a conference and decided to pop into Rooster for Breakfast before hitting the road. I came here because it's a cute, hipster place with a pretty good breakfast. Breakfast was on point as usual, but the service left something to be desired.

After a short wait, we were seated at about 10:15am. It's important to note the time, because what happened next is where the trouble began. We ordered our food at 10:22. And were enjoying coffee and chatting when April, the Manager, walked up at around 10:47 and asked whether we had been helped. I told her that we had but that we were still waiting on our food. April then says, you've only been waiting 5 minutes, I sat you here, ...10 at the most. I had the the waiter check the time at which we placed our order and April tried to argue with me about the time we were seated because either she or the hostess had not checked us on when we were seated. April was not only wrong... SHE WAS LOUD AND WRONG! We never expressed concern about when our food was coming. It was Sunday and busy. There was no need for concern. She inserted herself and was DEAD WRONG and Loud! Anthony was great. April sucks!

A coworker and I went for breakfast on a Tuesday while we were in town for a conference and loved this cute little spot! It was fairly empty on a Tuesday, but could imagine the large space quickly filling up during the weekend.

We both enjoyed our drinks and food - and were not rushed by the staff when we sat there for awhile just chatting. I loved my apple crepe - it definitely hit the spot for my sweet tooth!

Get on the waitlist!! Brunch is always way over an hour wait.
Cute restaurant and lots of options but everything was very underwhelming.
Over medium eggs were super runny. Gravy on biscuits was weird taste as though cooked too long and reheated. Potatoes were all burnt or over cooked.
Pancakes were super dry. Had to ask for butter so if you like butter ask them to bring when you order.
      Coffee was ok
Also ordered the donut holes as a starter for the table. They are really thick and dry cake biscuits. Hard to cut with a knife and difficult to chew so thick.
