To whom it may concern,

I have been a Shoprite Customer for over 27 years and I as well as other customers are very disappointed in the service you have been giving us. Since you installed more automatic registers and less live staff at your registers the lines are much longer and customers with large orders have to wait 15-20 minutes to even make it to a live person at a register.

Also your live staff at your registers would bag our food for us and they do not even do that anymore, and if we ask them to bag for us they look at the customers like we are crazy, Is this the service you provide at your Succasunna NJ store location.

What a disgrace!
