Terrible experience. They were supposed to fix my turbos on my truck and also replace a filter.they had my truck for 6 months and when I finally got it back they broke my radiator and replaced it with a new one,and charged me for it.never had any problems with radiator, was charged an extra 1200 dollars for this.without even getting a heads up.next I take truck to gas station to go to work and notice oil leaking down both sides of the motor from the turbos.so I take it back and they said it was a supply line either didn't get hooked up or tightened. But they fixed it.so I get my tuck back a few days later.and I make it about ten miles before both of the brand new turbos give out.and truck won't run.i have them pick it up.and they called and said the turbos are bad.and that I have to pay them labor to fix it again which they just fixed and.i never even got to use the truck.they already charged me 10,000 dollars, and had my truck for months .I still can't use my truck and they won't stand behind it.i did nothing wrong and I didn't hesitate to pay the 10,000.so I'm not sure why they refuse to help a customer or stand behind there work. But obviously I'm not going to give them Another penny, all I asked of them was to make it right.i just need my truck.why wouldn't they want to help.i shouldn't have to pay for labor twice.and they shouldn't even think that is right.if anything they should get ahold of the turbo manufacturer and make them pay.if they were bad.im sure there is some kind of a process they do.but these guys have no interest in making it right,I am a business owner and I know that this is 100% wrong.and very unprofessional.supposed to be a good company.just a very bad experience. STAY AWAY

Thank you to the mechanics at New London. On our trip to Colorado we mistakenly fueled our diesel van with regular gas. We had to be towed and the fuel drained. They stayed late--after hours--and we were soon back on the road We won't forget their kindness!

Who expects to slide off the road in a snow storm on Easter Sunday? Thank goodness for Roberts Garage & Towing! They called us 15 minutes after our original call for help to apologize because it was going to be a few more minutes than originally stated. They arrived and had us on road again in a couple of minutes. Excellent service!
