Robbins Brothers - The Engagement Ring Store

Larissa Ruedas was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my wife's engagement ring and wedding band! In fact we also purchased my wedding band with her after the amazing customer service we experienced our initial time. She is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently and was just a genuine person that made the whole experience memorable for us. She showed us a great experience and did not pressure us compared to a few other places we went to prior. I would definitely recommend Larissa's expertise to my closest friends and family. I have to truly say that Robbins Brothers is very lucky to have such a down to earth and helpful person on their sales team and we just wanted to express our appreciation for Larissa! We are forever grateful for the all star treatment we received!

I spent well over $16,000 at this store. For every ring I purchase Peace of Mind policy.

Then the ring cracks after 7 years.

Robbins want to charge me $415.00 to fix ring.

This ring should've never done this.

I would be cautious about buying from Robbins Bros.

I would recommend someone else who will stand behind there policy. NOT Robbins Bros.

Horrible customer service I've never seen a team of employees that don't like their job. They don't greet you when you walk in they don't say goodbye when you leave, you're a total bother to them even after spending a nice chunk of money will be definitely taking my business somewhere else.

I had a great experience finding a diamond for my wife and also help finding a necklace online. Vanessa provided great customer service, patience and always so happy to help me with my needs. We had probably 6 phone calls where I was considering different options and she provided great feedback on which diamond would be best.

Ribbin Brothers is a great place to shop for engagement rings! They work with financing, building credit, and take all the guesswork out of making a purchasing decision. Seema was very helpful, making it a comfortable process. I'm glad I came here with my new fiance, then the follow up I had her daughter to be involved. I was so impressed with the outcome, Its actually all fun!

The only store you need to visit at the beginning of your journey in marriage. When you get there ask for Marcus. He is the best one to get the service you need to choose the perfect ring!!

I would give way more than 5 stars if I could! Laura Guzman made it happen!!! I bought my 10 year anniversary ring at a Robbins Bros in Monclair CA 15 years ago and I love it to this day. I was in the Fullerton area and I went to the store there and told them that I wanted to create something based off another ring I had. They basically told me it couldn't be done. I was so sad but I decided to give the store in Montclair a chance. Enter in Laura - aka my rockstar! I came in and showed her the ring that I wanted to base my new ring off of and she said we can make that happen! And she did! I got to select everything about my new ring from approving the design, to picking the main stone and then picking the side stones too Laura helped us at every turn of the way. She gave us text updates that let us know when we could expect each part of the process to happen. She made it so easy!! She let us know when to come in so we could participate in the drawings and give aways while purchasing our stones and pieces of the ring. She was just amazing we really can't say enough good things about her!!! My new ring is beautiful and super meaningful. We can't say thank you enough to Laura she was wonderful to work with! She even checked in on us while we were on our honeymoon!!! - Thank you for the absolutely fantastic level of care!!!

I loved my experience at Robbins Brothers. I was greeted by Laura Guzman right away. She helped me find the perfect diamond. I felt that she understood exactly what I wanted.
