My husband got my engagement ring from Robbins Brothers in Dallas, but since the one in Arlington is closer I went here to get my ring resized and we decided to get our wedding bands here. We had previously visited to the Dallas store to look at wedding bands, but the salesperson we happened to get was very pushy. The Dallas location also had a 2 week turn time for ring resizing at the beginning of the year. The Arlington location was able to resize my ring and return it to me within 48 hours! The turn time all depends on how busy they are, but I guess I got lucky!
When we went to shop for wedding bands were were met with a friendly salesman that listened to us and was not pushy. He made a suggestion for a ring that matched my husband's favorite watch. I requested a contoured band to complement my ring and he found the perfect match that looks like it came with my engagement ring! While we waited I got my engagement ring cleaned. When I got my ring back it was as good as new! DEFINITELY get the service plan when you buy a ring here! The service plan allows you to get your ring resized, cleaned, inspected (an some other things depending on the type of ring you have) free of charge!
It's called the engagement ring store so Robbins Brothers has tons of rings to choose from! They have a good selection of wedding bands too. They also have a smaller selection of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. This location ruined my wedding band twice over and refused to do anything about it. First off the staff sized the ring too small. When I went to pick it up in 2017 I was told the fit was perfect and not to worry about it. They also did not inform me the ring could not be resized at a later date like most rings. That was an annoyance, but one I was willing to overlook.
I brought it in yearly to have it oiled and cleaned, however in 2019, I told them there was a particular brown mark I was wondering if they could remove. These jokers took the ring in the back and completely ruined it. The removed what made the ring beautiful (the Widmanstätten patterns) by grinding them off and handed it back to me. When I confronted them about it, they said "sorry that's what cleaning process does. You said you wanted the mark off and it's off."
I've been crushed over this for years, but I'm tired of remaining silent. This ring was over $1k, and they just freaking killed it. No remorse. No making things right. I bought a cheap ass $250 ring because I could not even stand to look at it anymore.

My girlfriend and I had just moved to the Texas area and were browsing for engagement rings. We stopped in Robbins Brothers in Arlington, Texas and were welcomed by Jill. Jill was absolutely amazing. She sweet, kind and goes above and beyond. She listened to our requests, wants, and styles. She was patience and made sure we were taken care of.
Well over a month and half later, I made an appointment with Jill to make the final choices for an engagement ring. She knew what I wanted and want my girlfriend wanted. Not only did she help make it absolutely perfect but she kept it within budget and even under! Everything was so seamless and she took a lot of stress out of it. If you are looking for a ring or any jewelry, go to Robbin Brothers and ask for Jill. You won't regret it, she truly is the real MVP. Ooh what a site to see a Robbins Bros Brick and Mortar.
My husband brought my Diamond from Robbins Brothers back in 2007 in Illinois. A couple years post marriage Robbin Bros left Illinois however you were still required to keep up with you 6 month inspection for warranty which they referred us to their partner Helzberg Diamond.
The experience for YEARS at Helzberg wasn't quite the same as going to the source. This year (2021) upon our arrival in Texas we were so ecstatic to see a HUGE Robbins Bros. I was able to go in have my Diamond inspected and my ring cleaned and even shop around for a new Diamond piece for my Birthday this year. The staff is welcoming and very friendly and the place appears to be clean as there are mask and hand sanitizer stations upon entry and required for entry.

The diamonds are beautiful here but really, you can get beautiful authentic diamonds from any reputable jeweler so I don't understand why anyone puts so much weight on this brand.
So this location is far better than the stuck up one near the galleria that judge your appearance and won't clean your ring unless you leave it there for days, but once again proves that this store brand is just not worthy of all of your business. Came in because of the free earring promotion, AFTER my card was run for the 20% down payment I was told that I don't get the free earrings since I'm using the layaway option. I even suggested that they hold the earrings till I'm paid in full and went over the fine print where we agreed that stipulation was not listed.... No difference, I just get no earrings.
I just want to get my money back and not do business with Robbins Brothers anymore. Every time I look at my engagement ring I now think of how I don't like how I get treated there. I don't want to give them another $5k of our business for each band.... I'm so unhappy. Ordered a custom ring in Platinum for my fiancée. It came in earlier and cheaper than promised. Reginald helped us and provided incredible customer service. He reassumed me throughout the process, and the ring was perfect!

My fiancé and I had already been shopping for our wedding bands. I've heard so many commercials about Robbins we decided to make the 30 min drive.
Absolutely worth our time. We were greeted at the front door by Kyle. She was very friendly and showed us around the store. This place definitely shows it's still family owned. Lounge with a tv to relax in and wheeling adult beverages around to make the decision easier.
We found the band she liked and then mine was even easier. I was very happy with the price. Better deal than other places we shopped.

I would just like to thank RB for providing superior customer service but mostly Brad for being exceptional in every way. He made this process as special as the special moment my fiancé popped the question with an exquisite Tacori ring. Brad knew how momentous this time is for a couple and his enthusiasm shows. Five stars for Robbins Brothers and TEN STARS for Brad!
