Roadway Insurance - Capitol Heights

I don't normally post reviews, but my insurance company went under and I had to change companies. Tori was exceedingly helpful and took the time to get a few estimates. She was very personable, almost as if she knew me. When I called back two days later, she immediately remembered me and made me feel confident in my change. I actually asked to speak to her boss Scott, who was well spoken and seemed professional. Call and ask for Tori( sorry Tori if your phone blows up and you get busier with requests )

I have been with Roadway Auto for a couple of years now with 2 different vehicles. I can honestly say that they have been awesome and very helpful. The location that I normally go to is less than 10 minutes away from my house, which is very convenient for me.

The staff is very friendly and patient. For example, I remember being at the dealership for a few hours and Auth ( a representative) stayed on the phone with me throughout the process. He helped me with all my questions and helped me through my tags situation with the MVA!!!

Overall, this insurance company is great and I do recommend them :))))

I called Roadway Insurance because of a recommendation from a friend. Through my process of requesting a quote, asking questions, and finalizing my coverage, they were extremely helpful. There are plenty of convenient locations. Everyone I come into contact with there is very friendly. They get to know their customers on a first name basis and they never try to rush you in and out. Definitely a great company!
