American Antiques & Jewelry

I had a number of jewelry pieces that I no longer used and brought to American Antiques & Jewelry to be appraised. Everyone was friendly from the time I walked into the door and throughout the appraisal. The family was the best and was fair in their offer. I'll be going back when I have time to browse and if I have more items to sell.

We came to Green Bay to sell dome jewelry. They were gold necklaces, so we thought. The person at the counter bluntly said, "These are costumes jewelry. We don't want them." Apearently, only gold plated. We understand because we are not jewelers, but they could have been a little tactful with the response. I was in several years ago and sold some silver coins and got a fair price for them.

I had a shotgun delivered here and it went very smoothly. The man I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. I had never been there before and was surprised by all the interesting items they had available, especially mens jewelry.
It was a very nice and large selection. I was glad I found this gem of a shop by chance. Good prices as well.

Neat shop, good items, reasonable prices - but one of the staff sneered at me because I was an adult buying comic books. That's a no-no. You can't go around making snide faces and talking in derogatory tones of voice to customers. It's insane.

I bought a pair of amethyst earrings there last year. I just took them to another dealer to get a post fixed and found out that the stones are fake and would not take the heat of the welder. These were sold sold to me as real amethyst.

I took a large amount of silver coins here from an estate. Five people helped expedite this process and were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. It was a very enjoyable yet somewhat sad experience that these people made easy. Thank you so much.

I texted them and asked what they pay for silver eagles. They texted back that they pay 2 dollars over spot for all ASE. I still have the text! When I brought my 40 coins down there , the guy gave me a story about how they can only pay spot. you Will get more Fromm a pawn shop. Mr money is fair.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I found exactly what I needed, the people were so incredibly friendly, and they helped me out of tough jam! I wish every business was this helpful and considerate! A true family owned American business! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend for anyone!

This place is fantastic in so many ways. They have already earned my parents (Ralph and Susan Tease) lifetime business and now they can add me to the list. My partner and I went in to find a Christmas and Anniversary ring. We were assisted by Katie and she was very intuitive, patient, and helpful throughout the way. We left with two rings, one perfect for each occasion.
