Want to thank Greg for is patience and service while going through the learning curve of my first set of hearing aids. Didn't like them, lost one, warranty issues and Greg stayed calm and helped me through all of my issues. Your in good hands and good service should be acknowledged, highly recommend.

My mom has been using the hearing aid for last 15 years. Most places she used were just bad. There were no customer care service after the purchase, and they weren't very highly knowledgeable on hearing aids and hearing loss.
I found Greg accidentally, just going through Yelp and I'm so glad to find him.

I called to make appointment and they responded within 24 hours! Appointment was for in-ears compressions! I was In and out of appointment within 30 minutes. Audiologist was very patient & kind. I bought to hearing aids from Hear USA, Riverside. I was told that Hearing usa has offices in USA and Canada. Since then both not working good. So, I started using my 8 years old hearing aids. Now I have sent many e mails to its marketing and other offices to find an office in Sacramento. Since a month my request has been acknowledged. Without hearing aids I cannot communicate with doctors properly. I am a 84 plus patient. Hearing USA must learn humanity and how to respect an elderly patient.

This place is absolutely amazing . During this whole Covid 19 situation - everyone else was shut down, called my normal hearing aid place Hearing USA and didn't receive calls back over a 2 week period. 2x this owner came in to fix my hearing aid the same day. I couldn't be more happy and will never use anyone else besides Riverside Hearing Aid Center, they have my business for life.

Gregg is awesome! I purchased hearing aids and he did a great job taking care of my exact needs.
I've returned a few times for service and he never charged me. And often gave me batteries free!

Called spoke to Greg. Ask if he can fix my hearing aid. Said it was gonna cost $20. Took it in and was ready the next day. In the end, he said it was not charge. He was the only one to fix it. I recommend him if you need your hearing aid fix.
